  Chappelle Roofing stiffed a client I sent to them. They forgot to install roof vents on another client I sent to them. Avoid at all costs.

  Unprofessional business that doesn't give a courtesy call with a NO SHOW for scheduled appt for estimate. This was the second scheduled appt. Recommend steering clear from Chappelle if that aren't considerate enough of people's time don't waste your $ with them. Just saw another 1 star rvw for their recent shotty work. Highly recommend WestFall Roofing instead!

  Jason came out and did his "inspection". We don't need a new roof, just a repair from a tree falling on the house during hurricane Milton. His inspection consisted of him taking a couple of pictures while standing on the ground. We told him our concerns, it had come through the bathroom and the tarp that the tree people were kind enough to put up kept coming loose. He saw us on a Saturday and said he would have an estimate to us by Monday. It has been 2 weeks and we've heard nothing. I even emailed and so far have not heard anything. Very disappointed and still haven't found anyone to fix our roof.

  We are sorry for your experience. However, you state it was a black man, and we don't have a black man driving a white truck. None of our guys would purposely cut people off nor flip them off, so no this isn't the norm for our employees to answer your question. If only we could leave reviews for every driver on the road not just the company marked vehicles, then more than half the population would have 1 stars. Again we are sorry for this experience and thank you for letting us know.

  Spoke with a Nicole who claimed to be there general manager, I been in costumer service for over 15 years now and I must say she was by far the most rudest woman I ever had to deal with. Interrupting me over talking me told me I was hogging up her phone line. These people are disrespectful and shady like some democrats.

  A totally lied about replacing the wood and leaving Nails behind I picked up two handfuls of nails I had tongue and groove Woodroof roof I asked him to replace it back with the same material and they put plywood back they made the fish out of 21/10 Sandwich together not even pressure-treated they got roof material all inside my boat

  As part of our roof contract, we paid extra to get hurricane straps installed that would allow us to receive about a $2700 per year homeowners insurance credit. The exact details of the requirement were given to the roofer’s staff and they acknowledged that they were familiar with the requirements. After the roof was installed, our wind mitigation report failed to include the hurricane strap credit because the wrong materials were used, and the installation process was not followed properly. We also had a another licensed contractor confirm the exact same issues. These were both presented to the roofer, giving him an opportunity to refund the $2300 extra we paid for hurricane straps so we could go to another contractor and get the issue remedied as best we could. We will no longer be able to get the straps fixed because the roof is over that area now. The only thing we can do is get clips installed and the homeowners insurance credit is about $400 per year less than hurricane straps. The roofer refused to acknowledge our written request and we finally turned him over to the BBB and he responded with a photo showing hurricane straps were installed. He did not address the issue of them using wrong materials and wrong installation process. I would strongly urge anyone considering a roof to think twice before using this company. Now that they have our money, they are refusing to respond. We are not asking for a full refund, but only the amount associated with the work they did that failed inspection by the wind, mitigation contractor. We are being stonewalls by the contractor, and they are refusing to acknowledge their errors. Unfortunately, a very bad situation that could relatively easily be resolved.

  Pablo from Chappelle roofing was very helpful and prompt. Our 3 year roof was ruined from solar panels. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the shingles and drip edge. We highly recommend Chappelle for new and existing roofing. Price was fair, reasonable

  Excellent experience with Chappelle Roofing! I had a minor repair that needed to be done, Micheal came out and fixed the issue the same day. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I’d definitely use Chappelle for any of my future roofs my needs!

  Chappell Roofing replaced the roof on my villa as well as several others in my community. The work lasted 4 days start to finish as they were waiting for inspections as part of the process. The roofs look great. The workers were efficient and hard working. At the end of each work day, they spent a significant amount of time cleaning up the area. They made sure no nails or debris was left behind. Management communicated with HOA board members who shared updates with residents. The process was relatively painless. I’d recommend Chappelle for future projects.

  I called for an estimate and they came out the same day! Explain to me everything that was wrong and Explain to me how much everything would cost so I knew what I was paying for!
