  They called me trying to sell services. I didn't contact them. The are disturbing people trying to create business. I don't like being solisted for business over the phone!!!!

  They take your money and do not solve the problem they changed $1500 to repair a leak they said they could fix not only did they not reapair the leak, I had to call several times to get them to come back out and when they finally did they still did not fix the leak. Do not hire this company!!!!!

However, we’d like to clarify a few important details for accuracy. The repair to your metal roof was completed in 2020, and only a small deposit was received at that time. Since then, our area has endured several major hurricanes and severe weather events, which can understandably impact even well-maintained or repaired roofs. Our repair work carried a 6-month guarantee, which we honored at the time, but it cannot extend indefinitely or cover damage caused by acts of nature. It’s unfortunate to see these details overlooked in your review, especially so many years later. Our team takes pride in operating with honesty and integrity — regardless of who our customers are — and we never want anyone to feel mistreated or dismissed. We’re sorry that you’re having issues again, but we hope you understand that the circumstances are far beyond the scope of the original repair. We wish you the best in getting your roof restored and protecting your home going forward.   Four times this company no-showed me for JUST AN ESTIMATE!! Once they even called and said they were en route and would arrive in 20 minutes, only for the office to call 30 minutes later and reschedule!! Then, finally the repair was to be done and.....yep, NO SHOW!! When I called to complain I was received poorly, like it was my fault. I became very upset with the company and agreed to call off the repair. Incredibly poorly run operation. Buyer beware.

You made it clear that our best isn't good enough for you when one of our team members was in tears after trying to make things right for you.   I called pro roofing to get an estimate for replacement and or repair of my roof from milton hurricane. I set up appointment for someone to come out for estimate on 10/14/2024 for a time, they never showed up or called. I tried calling company, left a message, text company, they never replied. This company obviously thinks we don't have a life by waiting for them. I don't recommend this company because of lack of communication !!!!.

  I paid $1500 & he gave a guarantee for 6 mos my roof repair would result in it stop leaking, it did not he stopped returning my phone call & text, never did fix & kept the $. Probably because I am a woman and he thinks we are all gullible …

It’s disappointing you didn’t have as good an experience as we aim to provide to all our customers A few things to note in fairness and for clarification: 1) Your repair contract was not a time or hourly based agreement. The estimated time frame we offered was just that, an estimate. 2) We take pride in our commitment to quality and transparency. You conveyed to our company these on going problems had been “fixed” several times unsuccessfully. The agreement was based on a flat fee for an agreed scope of work. That scope was done to the letter in a quality and professional manner. 3) We sent the repair tech back to assure all work was done and that no oversight occurred since you were questioning things being completed 4) Pro Roofing Services would NEVER try to take advantage of someone based on gender, or for any reason for that matter. We don’t appreciate being called “shysters” as this is simply not true. Thanks again for your business and time

  Great experience from start to finish! Eric came out and did my quote. It was more than fair and competitive. Great job on the roof and on clean up. Questions after were answered very pleasantly and thoroughly. Highly recommend!

  I’ve used and recommended Pro Roofing many many times. I am a realtor in the Bradenton Sarasota area and always recommend Pro Roofing! Excellent services, great job and communication throughout the entire process. They cleaned up afterwards and took care of everything! Will continue to always use Pro Roofing!

  Eric and roofing team were very courteous and polite when we needed to walk dogs and enter and exit our house over 4 days. The only changes I would make would be that the sawdust that came in through the skylights was a huge mess! It’s important that client knows about this ahead of time to put drop cloths everywhere to protect floors and furniture. In addition, I think it would be nice to have more color choices., Our new roof and skylights look great though. We are happy with the workmanship.
