  I paid 50% down to have a metal roof installed on 10/15/21 and was told they were 3 weeks out from my roof. After those 3 weeks coming and going, I reached out several times asking when they would be doing my roof and it kept getting pushed back. They finally did my roof on 12/22/21 while I was out of town for the holidays and sent me an invoice for the other 50%. When I came home the roof looked horrible and several pieces of siding were ripped off in multiple places. The internet line was also cut. They also left sharp metal pieces and screws all over the yard. I cannot believe they sent an invoice while leaving the house looking like that. I reached out and they sent 2 men out who repaired most of the damage and cut the internet cord for a second time. The roof still looks nowhere near perfect and has several mistakes still visible. This company doesn’t have the skillset to do metal roofs. I did pay in full, but I wish I hadn’t. A man from the company came out to examine the roof recently and more mistakes were pointed out to him, and he assured us that someone would come out the next day, but no one has. If the owner of the company came out and looked at the roof personally there is no way he can say it looks professionally installed.

  I spoke with a representative this morning about a roof leak. Pensacola Roofing installed our roofing installed our roof after the February, 2016 tornado. I believe the person I spoke with was ? Bobby. I explained to him we had damage to inside walls. After Serve Pro opened walls and determined we had no broken water, drain or otherwise pipes causing the wet walls, they started looking at the roof. They are fairly certain our roof is leaking around the fireplace. After explaining this to this very rude guy who called me back, as said the "chimney has nothing to do with our roof. I determined that we never want Pensacola Roofing to come near our home. I have knowledge of others who have had problems with this company. I rate the a negative 5 star or worse. BE WARNED! STAY AWAY; WAIT ON A RELIABLE AND COURTEOUS COMPANY WHO STANDS BEHIND THEIR WORK.

  Mrs. Lavelle, I am not sure who you may have spoke to but if you will contact our office by phone with the name on the contract and or address of the property we will be happy to take a look at the situation. We do have and honor a five year labor warranty on all roof replacements.

  As a landlord I buy at least one roof a year. Pensacola roofing did what they said they were going to do and I'm very happy with the result. When I inspected the roof after the shingles had cured I did not find one issue that needed correction. The last 10 or so roofs I've bought needed minor work done to meet code. I am very pleased with my Pensacola roofing roof.

  I have had two roofs replaced by Pensacola Roofing in the last year and each job has been completed professionally and quickly. The crews arrived early, stayed late and did very thorough work and were careful with each detail and with the cleanup. I highly recommend them for your roofing repairs and replacement.
