  4/2023 Cole was great through the sales process. After we found a lot more damage and increased the project scope I was having trouble keeping the numbers straight, (I had to borrow money). When I asked for invoicing Cole started freaking out, I didn’t get the numbers I needed until the owner got involved. The project was kinda downhill from there. Now 2.5 years later I’m getting bids to clean up the fascia repairs they made and don’t have the funds to address the front side drooping created during the roof replacement process. They knocked a hole in my siding (it was indeed old wood siding) but then just left it, said there was nothing they could do. Getting quotes for that too.

  Mr Freeman, we are surprised to get a negative review two and a half years after work has been performed. Our reputation means a lot to us as a small locally owned and operated business. We completed our scope of work and fixed several other issues on your project free of charge. The Lap siding on the house is MDF siding and as explained to Ms Freeman 2.5 years ago the siding was damaged before starting work. We document all of our projects very well and have over 100 photos of this project before, during and after the project. We would love to help resolve any issues that may have incurred during roof replacement as we have never been notified.   The finished product was sloppy, and we received complaints from neighbors about the noise and mess. Cole barely interacted with the insurance company, leaving me to handle most of the process myself.

  Peak Performance Roofing is a great company. I had hail damage to my roof and gutters. They were very quick to replace them and did a great job. Cole was great to work with and made the whole process easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend them and will use them if needed in the future.

  Cole did an outstanding job explaining and organizing every step of the roof replacement. Very professional work…I highly recommend Peak Performance! Update (5/08:26) - we just endured a very bad hail storm. Thankfully Cole recommended class 4 shingles when we did our roof replacement and I’m so glad he did.
