Extremely unprofessional. I attempted to make an appointment for a repair on a roof they installed in 2023. Our warranty has expired but we still needed a quote for a repair. After two unsuccessful attempts to have anyone out to look, I wrote them. The responses from these people have me floored. Asking repeatedly who was responsible for payment (?). Stating they were not responsible for the leak, which we never said they were, making up out of thin air that I told them a snow storm caused the leak, etc. Absolutely never ever having them touch anything again. They even threatened us with an attorney for slander when I reached out, LOL. Pictures of conversation attached.

Ms. Sunray, I'm sorry you had trouble with your roofing contractor. WE ARE NOT WHO INSTALLED YOUR ROOF. YOU HAVE LEFT A BAD REVIEW ON THE WRONG ROOFING CONTRACTOR. PLEASE REMOVE THIS. THANK YOU.

They can do it all!!!! Very professional and reasonably priced. My family has two beach houses on the gulf. When hit by a hurricane, they came the next day to weatherproof our house! Then were able to install a completely new roof in a reasonable amount of time, DURING the challenges of Covid, declining product supplies, and the threat of additional storms. A year later, another hurricane hit our other house on the beach. I called them and they came immediately. Both houses look beautiful. I highly recommend them!

The job was done on time and with good supervision. The materials were onsite and after installation, cleanup was thorough. We would recommend to others without reservation, cost was reasonable and covered variables of the job. Michael & Sue Ellen

Parker Roofing did a great job on our new construction. I even had other contractors compliment the work they did. Any questions I’ve had, I’ve been able to call and they are more than happy to help. Thanks guys!
