  update as of 7/23/26 : this has basically become a one-man crew job and it is still not completed. roof Labs contracted this out to some no-name guy who is the only person showing up for this job. Well, unless you count his dog who shows up everyday with him. UPDATE 7-10-16 siding started going up this week and it looks fabulous. Victor is the lead contractor for our job since the work is not done by roof lab. He is also the only one doing any work as he is a one-man crew, which I don't understand. 6.10.26 STILL NO SIDING ON OUR HOUSE!! NO COMMUNICATION SINCE June 4th. So unprofessional. I call the office at 8:00 a.m. everyday for an update and nobody calls me back . Update 5.18.2026 On Friday, Cindy at the office verified they would be starting on May 18th. called office at 10:00 a.m. 5.18 and Cindy once again verified they would be starting today.... then I get a text message telling me it's going to be Wednesday and to please call a different number. when I called that number it goes straight to voicemail... the lack of communication is appalling at this point. Original review 5.13.16 So far I am NOT impressed. We were told, 2 months ago when we paid for this job, that install would begin on 5.11. Took the whole week off work for this as we work from home. Materials DID NOT arrive until today (5.13) and were placed where they were told not to (blocking driveway). Then Brad texted this afternoon to say he had been removed from our production team and would tell Lucas to contact us regarding install. WTH??

  About 2 years ago, Jenny roofing did a complete roof on our house. They did a wonderful job outside of the workers trying to say they replaced more boards than they actually did, and I have proof and showed it to the wrap and left a section of my ceiling open for him to look into, and he knew I was Right, so watch out for the guys charge overcharging.\n For\n Sheets of plywood.\n Other than that, they did a good job..

  Don’t recommend work is sloopy just threw the vinyl siding up cheap labor not professional at all no supervisor

  So far not happy. I can understand weather delays. But was finally given a start date on a week with no rain and there has been a no show. Was told they couldn't find the team that was too start on my house. Then told to contact main office. No answer from them yet. Supplies were delivered a month ago. 2 start dates given with no actual start. Several reasons given, which can be believed but now I'm taking a excuses and concern of how will things actually get completed. Will things get done sloppy or look ok but not really done right. I guess we'll see when ever the team actually gets here

  Oh wow …they were absolutely great in coming out and explaining all the details in giving me the confidence in knowing that can make a decision on what I really want in the siding .   Had new roof installed. The contractor was very professional and answered my questions. The roof looks great and they did a thorough job with cleanup after. I would recommend them to anyone.
