  I prepaid for.my gutters he kept changing install date i was fine .so finally I had to say if he could jotninstall them I would just like my cash back he kept saying people were calling in sick so whe the so fi ally shows up such attitude. we'll they did not install the gutters correctly the water runs over the top as there's just not enough downspouts.the son acting all tough says if there's ever an issue call we will replace whatever. so first issue they won't take my call i.leave message zero response. stay far away from these thieves.ive already started a case witht he alabama AG.. Just a bad company stay away

  Was an ok experience until we were ghosted by Baxter Hartness. Our repair didn’t make your $500 threshold, but we also asked for another quote and have received no response. Kind of a bummer based on your 5 star rating.

  I had reached out to Watkins Construction some time ago through their website, and though I was told someone would contact me for a quote, no one ever called me back. Completely ghosted me. I had another roofing company quote me and within days, scheduled it and within a week we had our new roof. I guess the big companies are NOT the best.

  The team at Watson did a great job from start to finish. They came out to quote my roof replacement the day after I inquired. After contracting them and getting date to start job their office constantly contacted me to let me know of any delays to the start date. On start date and everyday they were here, their roof team was at the house as stated 7am and worked till 7pm as long as the weather permitted. It took a little longer than was agreed upon to finish job but weather was a factor. They did a good job of cleaning up at the end of every day. Communication with onsite supervisor went very well. He continually answered all my questions. The team on the roof, literally worked their tails off. So, I would definitely recommend Watson to my friends and family. I actually have them coming later this week to do some gutter work.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lee and John were amazing to work with! They are true experts when it comes to roofing and exterior remodeling. From the initial inspection through the completion of the project, they were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. They explained everything clearly, kept us informed throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly smooth. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and it's clear they take pride in doing things the right way.   We discovered a leak and called Watkins because we were so happy with them last time we used them. Baxter looked over our roof and gave us an estimate and simple as that we have a repaired roof for a very reasonable fee. Stephanie kept us informed and we actually got repaired several days ahead of schedule. We appreciated Stephanie. Daniel was the crew chief and he and his crew arrived on time and they got the job done and the yard looked better when they left than it did before they started. Daniel showed us what caused the leak and what they did to fix it. Just a very good experience. Highly recommend Watkins Construction& Roofing and will call them again for sure.
