  I hired this local roofing company after hurricane Sally and based on a personal friend recommendation. Unfortunately I did not receive quality work. My new metal roof leaks and they nailed directly into the vinyl siding cracking it. Multiple excuses of a promise to fix the roof or blaming it on his guys who took off to another state. I am currently collecting bids from other roofers to fix the problems and now have to get new vinyl siding. Every month or so I contact Cyle requesting an update, but there is always an excuse or waiting on materials. You would think as the owner of a company when there is a problem you would personally see to it that it is handled. I guess my expectations shouldn't be so high?? They had good reviews so I was hopeful my new roof would be installed correctly. I paid Cyle in full, a little over $14k in July of 2021. Maybe this review will get something done before I have to pay someone else to fix my so called "new roof"

  I am a hurricane Sally victim who has been looking for estimates on getting my damages fixed. I spoke with a man from this company who set up an appontment to come to my house. We all know that the Corona virus is peaking right now and that these contractors have been inside of many other people's homes potentially getting infected. So, I only want people that are serious about giving me an estimate to take our time and come into my home. However, they stopped by and afterwards tell me that "I don't give estimates just to give estimates." He said he wanted me to tell him how much insurance money I was getting and that he wanted to charge me every penny of what they are going to pay me to do my repairs!!! He did not state this prior to setting up my appointment. I do not think this is right nor would I ever use someone who thought they are entitled to get every single penny of my insurance money without giving me an estimate on what it will cost them to do the job! What if my payout was actually exceptionally well paid? Am I supposed to allow you to take everything I get just because? WOW is all I can say! What a shame, trying to get over on homeowners who have suffered through not only a hurricane but a small tornado hit our home and this is how you treat your clients!

  Cyle and his crew did excellent job roofing my house. From demo to installation, all aspects were done professionally. Communications with Cyle was excellent as well. Always quickly responds to texts and answers the phone or calls you back immediately when you call him. 100% satisfied with my experience with this company.

  This will be the 3rd time I've worked with Cyle and Island Roof Repair. I really can't say enough good things. This time, Cyle helped assist me with a roof gone wrong. The contractor I was working with used a different company, when I thought things were going side ways, I called Cyle to come help with an inspection. Man was he thorough. I genuinely felt like he had my best interest in mind the entire time, and there was no promise of any work for him. Just truthfully wanted to help. He helped me have some hard conversations, offered to make sure my roof got the fortified certification needed, and assisted in making a corrective plan. I know moving forward I won't look for anyone else as long has Island Roof Repair is still in business, and based on my experiences, there is no concern with that not being a reality.

  Cyle was prompt on showing up to give me an estimate on an attic fan replacement. His price was fair and got the job done. If I have any roof problems in the future I will be contacting him

  Cyle at Island Roof Repair was amazing! I had an emergency roof leak this weekend. He answered my call right away and took care of the repair. He is licensed, bonded, and insured! I highly recommend Cyle and his team at Island Roof Repair!
