Owner was forceful with zero customer skills, think his name was Zach. Overall poor work, would not recommend.

Fabian - We have looked through our records and we do not show that we ever spoke with or inspected a property for you. Are you sure it was our company that you had the awful experience with as it looks like you may be in another country than we are. Either way, we hate that you had such a terrible experience with the company that you did. If you are in the Gulf Coast Region of Alabama, USA, we would love to be able to meet with you and show you what true customer service is like.

High Tide Contracting and Roofing replaced our Gold Fortified roof in late July. Jeff Humphreys, the Owner, communicated a clear and fair estimate, explained the process, was very responsive to our questions, and was on-site working with his Crew Lead, Daniel, during the 2-day process. Daniel was great and kept everything running smoothly. His team were hardworking, provided excellent workmanship and complete attention to details. They cleaned up roofing debris throughout the process, ultimately leaving our property in great condition. We are extremely happy with our new roof and with High Tide. If you are looking for a trustworthy roofing company with skilled professionals who truly care about their work, I strongly recommend them. Overall positive experience with excellent workmanship.

Mr. Jeff and his crew were amazing! He treated you like family. From day one Mr. Jeff has been a pleasure to work with. He explained everything to us in a way that we could understand, as we didn't know anything about metal roofs or the …

I contacted several roofing companies to get a quote on rescrewing the metal roof on my home a shop to bring them up to current code. High Tide contracting and roofing got with me promptly and gave me a quote and explained what it covered. When they arrived to do the work, they came early and only stopped at lunchtime. Finished that day, and left the area clean. I might add that their price is very reasonable. They email me a final statement explaining what they did on company letterhead for my records also. I wouldn’t hesitate to use High Tide for any future projects I might have.

If I could give a 100 star review I would. Jeff could not have been more helpful and kind, and went over and above his call of duty to help us with various unexpected issues on our newly purchased home. We highly recommend his services.

I had a few shingles that had slipped so I reached out to High Tide for an inspection. Jeff was prompt, professional, and took the time to thoroughly evaluate my roof. He was even able to complete the repair during the same visit, which I greatly appreciated! The entire experience was excellent and I highly recommend High Tide to anyone in need of roofing services. I will absolutely be using them again for any future roofing needs!

High Tide is the roofer you want. When others say they will be out in 4-6 weeks, High Tide comes straight away, completes the job fast, cleans up after themselves, and provides quality service.

I had a dry leak on my house and it appeared to be coming from a vent. I Mentioned to a neighbor who made yhe recommendation. Jeff came by and sealed all the vents, explained why it was happening and ended up replacing them all. On time, pleasant and all good!

We shopped hard for local roofers, interviewed about 6 of them, and Jeff with HighTide Roofers was the only one who showed us the different materials/choices available, explained the warranties and actually went up in the attic to check …
