  …8/18/26,,,,UPDATE ……..UPDATE… The job was good, I love my roof. But my complaint is they knocked down my RING Doorbell camera and no one has called to give me the status of my camera. It would have to have fallen on their canvas and no updates on the status - I have called twice for an update and was told they would call me… Still no calls from them….The camera was new and had only had for a few months. So I change my vote to 3 stars because of the poor communication from the front office. It seems professionalism has went out the door and the cleanup job was not great the next day. ———————————————————— I must say so far this has been a lovely experience. Mr. Antonio was so professional and always ensured I knew each step of the process. The workers was excellent they did an outstanding job and I would recommend this crew to anyone. Now I’m waiting on the cost??? Will update later…………….

  I hate to give even 1 star ! I had two sales guys come give me a roofing quote $20,000 dollars higher than any of the 4 roofing companies that I spoke with. I was insulted for not signing the papers to have the roofing company do the job at their 40,000 dollar price . I will and already have been spreading the word to everyone I know to stay the hell away from this company . They are scummy and shady .

  “Never worry about the roof over your head,” they say on their website. They misrepresent the quality of materials and workmanship of their roofs. In 2019, Central Florida experienced a radical hailstorm, resulting in widespread roof damage in our area. Apex swarmed our neighborhood with people advertising for roof inspections and services. We fell for their scam. We knew we had a problem with the old roof, as we were seeing water stains on the ceiling inside, particularly around the stacks. A rep from our insurance company confirmed we needed a new roof. So, we hired Apex. Six years later, the area around those same stacks are leaking. Upon examination, it was discovered that, instead of replacing compromised sections of plywood, they just laid blue tarp over the bad plywood, and then stapled the shingles to the tarp. Needless to say, after all the rains we had two weeks ago, the leaks have returned. Upon examination of our roof (from the attic), one can see the old plywood that is literally splintering apart, and the blue tarp under the shingles is showing through. Had the new roof been installed properly, we would not be having these issues. This company cuts corners at the homeowners’ expense. We essentially purchased a 40K “Lick & Stick” roof, which we indeed do now have to “worry about over our heads”. Did I mention the mold/mildew that has grown all over the drywall ceiling below leaks? Buyer beware! This company over-promises and under-delivers.

  Update: The contractor came to do the gutters but only did HALF of the gutters and downspouts; said Apex only approved half to be replaced but they all need done. Called Apex and no return call. Unacceptable. Roofers were very nice and did a great job as far as I can tell. Excellent with cleanup afterwards, too! Antonio with Apex was also great! Super nice guy. He even came out on a Saturday to discuss the inspection and pick up the extra supplies since I could not be here the first time he came for the inspection. With that, everyone I talked to through this long, 4 year process was very nice. The process itself was a bit overwhelming for a roof that took one day to put on. And in the end, I will have to pay $100 for each sheet of plywood that was replaced when my insurance paid out $24,000 to Apex. You'd think that would be included. I sure did learn a lot. But, just like a colonoscopy, I'm so glad it's done.

  UPDATED 08-12-2025!! Apex Roofing and Restoration continues to operate without integrity or decency. They did not complete the repairs to my roof as agreed. I have supplied photographs of the missed area multiple times. They have sent crews out to finish the work, then they avoid the area! Now they are demanding payment, avoiding my attorney, threatening letters and voicemails.... Please file your lein, file your collections, that is all I'm waiting on! That will start the ball rolling with the state of Florida and expose you for the crooks you are!!

  Overall, I’ve had a very good experience with Apex Roofing so far. My roof was completed today, so this is an early review. The project is still pending the county inspection and Fortified inspection, but I wanted to share my experience so far. A special thanks to Sophia for her help and guidance at the beginning, Antonio from QA for his attention to detail, and Derek, along with the installation and office teams, for their hard work and support throughout the project. I’m an engineer, so naturally I had many questions, and everyone has been patient and helpful throughout the process. I really appreciate the communication and professionalism. I’ll provide an update down the road on the long-term workmanship and performance. Looking forward to doing business with Apex Roofing again in the future and highly recommended!

  Everything is great Roofers came about 5:30AM and they took about 30 minutes lunch and kept working.i would recommend APEX to any of my relatives and friends around me. Antonio,stayed on top of the project until they dinished

  My experience with Apex was amazing! They found me with an old roof and offered me a free check. During the check they realized that my roof had a lot of wind damage and I’m honestly surprised my shingles stayed on. From the damage they started the process with us with an Adjusting group to fight with insurance to pay for my roof. They stayed with me the whole time through inspectors and fighting with insurance! Once the process with the insurance was done Apex walked me through the next steps and moved quick to schedule my roof to be replace. The builders arrived early and was able to finish my whole roof in a day since the weather stayed nice. They did an amazing job on the roof and cleaned up extremely well! The supervisor checked in on me multiple times through out the day and was available for my phone calls when I had questions. All in all I think if apex wouldn’t have stopped by my house I wouldn’t have been able to get my roof done probably before it was too late! I can’t be happy and thankful enough for all of the people at Apex!
