  Poor Workmanship on August 18th. 2023. They damaged inside of my house. The employees threw the bundles of shingles so hard on to the roof of my house which made stuff fall off my walls and busted. All of my light bulbs from my ceiling was damaged. After I told them to stop throwing so hard. I had to leave for work. And a little while later my brother was there to check on the house and there work. That is when I was informed on more damage inside of my house. My brother informed the persons in charge of the damage and thay did not care 😒. Here is just a small amount of stuff that was damaged in the pictures. Now, never did get a sorry or anything from the company. Until today, November 27th 2023 to do a review. So you can use your own judgment on the company. The product and the color of the shingles looks great. The owner of the company did work very hard on getting the price in range.

  Called for an estimate on roof replacement on 10/13/2020 was told by rep they would be out later on 10/13 it has been 2 days and still no quote or call to explain why they have not shown up. I guess they have more work then they can handle. Poor customer service insurance check in hand looking for roofer.

  At the time of your call the biggest roofing damaging hurricane is our lifetime hit our county. We fielded hundreds of phone calls a day, so it's possible we miss handled your info. and for that we apologize.

  "I would not be interested in helping you" this was the response I just got when I called to ask about a quote. I was asking about a roof installation where I provide materials. I understand if this was something you dont do, but dont respond so bluntly. No Customer Service.

  I've not been able to figure out a good response to this complaint. We never did business together as we only briefly spoke over the phone. I fully understand your side of it, have taken your statement and one star rating to push back as a lesson, and wish my response could have landed better.

  I had a very unpleasant phone call with Robert Harris, who I understand to be the owner. This company is seemingly too busy to provide an inspection quote to local customers. As a first time customer, I was treated very abrasively when I requested that someone come out to quote the repairs on my roof (which has some shingles that have been shifted by a storm) before moving forward. Robert insisted that he would send someone out and that we would need to agree on the work being done right there on the spot. It was stated that they did not have time to go back and forth, and that maybe I was someone who just liked to go with the lowest prices. When I advised that I felt that I was being treated abrasively for someone who has never done business with them before, I was told that I should go look at his Google Reviews. I then promptly hung up. The sad thing is, looking at their reviews, it seems that this company actually does quality work. So i'm not questioning their ability to do work. However, customer service is a lost art and Mr. Harris did not seem interested in earning new business. Due to that fact, I would not recommend anyone I know to utilize this company. Maybe it was just an off-day for Mr. Harris, but that's no excuse to treat potential customers poorly.

  You Sir are unbelievable with this action. Anyone reading your non-sense will see through it. We do provide inspection of damages, provide our method and procedure of how to address the repairs and :"IF" you agree with the pricing we can make repairs on the spot. Our service is just that good, sir.

  Exceptional company, the roof installers were professional, friendly, and treated my property as their own. They were very hard working and the job site was left spotless. James, Robert and Colin make it easy to do business with and have an extremely high customer service organization.

  Excellence in performance. Fortified roof installed with GAF asphalt shingles. Great attention to detail not only in the removal and installation of the roof but also in the protection of the grounds around the home. Protected plants and landscaping as well as cleaned up the debris, especially nails, thoroughly. Crew was considerate in parking in the neighborhood, behaving as good neighbors on my behalf. This is the choice you should make to get your roof replaced.
