  Estimator was super pleasant and professional. The 'boss' in the office decided that a mark up on the repair was appropriate and I was offered a very expensive fix to my simple problem. Disappointed.

  We apologize for the misunderstanding. After further review, we found that the initial fix suggested by the estimator would not have been sufficient. It would not have adequately protected your home and could have led to more costly repairs in the future. We attempted to reach you multiple times but were unable to get through. We’d be happy to explain exactly why we needed to adjust the initial estimate.

  The representative informed me about financing options on a roof replacement before even looking at the roof. They waited a couple days before telling me they wouldn't do a repair. I feel that they were misleading and should have informed me right away.

  For some reason they say I am out of their service area, but I only live 2 miles away from the office. Everyone on the other side of the tracks isn't a criminal. I'm a hard-working truck driving home owner that lives on a tree lined street with other home owners. It's a shame how a zip code can block a needed service. I just read your response, like I said I live 2 miles away and it ended up being basically a new roof job. Other exclusions? I don't get it, I have home owners insurance and it was all covered so it's not even a issue anymore. I saw one of your trucks on Dukeland St in the city at a day care facility but I couldn't get someone to ride 2 miles away from the shop to check out my roof? A 5 mile radius for repair? That's unheard of, but ok.

  The crew worked quickly and efficiently to repair my roof. They were polite and cleaned up well, even washing the skylight windows. The job was done perfectly. I am very pleased with this company and will use them again for sure. Highly recommend!

  Very pleased with the way the company followed up repeatedly until our leak was successfully repaired. They returned several times when the roof was still allowing water to drip into our house. We appreciate their diligence and professionalism.
