  Update: 7 years later the "new" roof completely failed. They never fixed the drainage issue as water still sat in a massive pool on my flat roof. Tried to contact them with no reply. New roofer completely ripping out their failed torch down to discover they never removed the bad wood or the previous roof so now the new company is removing 3 roofs! We were scammed by these guys. Avoid at all cost because it will cost you another roof 7 years later. Here are some pics of their totally new roof 7 years later... Also, they put no caps on edges, no proper flashing around the chimney. Admittedly i didnt know what I was looking at... But a REAL roofer showed me in comparison with my neighbors roofs and its easy to see all the things they DID NOT do. OLD : Did a great job on a total rebuild of our flat roof! Guys were clean and the project was completed quickly.

  WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Came to home for an estimate. Male owner spent 30minutes at the house, sat in the driveway another 15 minutes. Never sent an estimate. We called a week later and a woman owner said that she was surprised husband hadn’t returned our call nor sent an estimate, she said he would give us a call back. Weeks later, we still have not heard from them. They wasted our time and were totally unprofessional.

  HomeCrafters offers a discount if you give them 5 star rating before you pay..I was originally satisfied with the work but less than a year after they finished the roof, it started leaking. The owner told me not to get "mouthy" with him when I brought up the issue. Use them at your own risk

  Ms. Simms, we want to clarify several important points. Our team installed your roof in January 2023, provided a 12-year labor and material warranty, and delivered full documentation with photos of the work. You expressed satisfaction at the time of completion and made full payment in February 2023. Nearly 10 months later you contacted us, and we responded within 3 minutes of your email and sent an owner and the full crew to inspect. At that visit, we documented that the stains you pointed to as “new leaks” were the same ones present before our installation, and also noted construction debris from other contractors on your roof. It has now been over 2 years since the installation, and you are bringing up these claims again. To be clear: Homecrafters has never offered discounts in exchange for 5-star reviews. We do ask customers for honest feedback once jobs are completed, but we do not incentivize reviews in any way. The statements made about our company and ownership are both false and damaging. Because of this, along with the dispute regarding the completed work, the matter has escalated to a legal engagement. Our warranty remains active, and we are still willing to inspect and service your roof under its terms if access is provided.

  We selected Home Crafters Roofing & Gutters based on their reviews. My husband called them and they responded immediately to set up an appointment for an estimate for our roof repair. The owner's brother came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. He recommended a solution for our issue and said that the owner would be providing us with an estimate. Several days passed and we did not hear anything. My husband called several times and left messages but he never heard back from them. It is hard to believe that a company that has a 5 star rating would not have the courtesy to return phone calls. If they did not want to do the job just be professional enough to let us know.

  Extremely disappointed with the lack of respect this company has for the community. They came into a neighborhood full of families and children—where residents take pride in keeping the area clean—and carelessly tossed a fully lit cigarette on the ground. Not only is this littering, but it’s also a serious fire hazard. For a company being paid well to provide a service, the least they could do is respect the community they’re working in. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

  I usually don't ever do this but after having the experience we did I was not happy! After searching for a roofer we came across this company having the best and most reviews. I reached out and got a quote. I signed papers for them to do the job and was told it would be 2 weeks. Well fast forward 5 weeks and I tried calling, texting, emailing and leaving voicemails and no one would get back to me until my last voicemail telling them I was going to take my business else where. Then they called right away and got us on the schedule. I had my roof done August 31st. The next day I went out and found debris all over my front yard and my flower bed was ruined! I called them and someone came to clean up the debris again. Next day we went to check the yard and noticed our brand new gutters were ruined! I tried calling and no answer until I sent a text. They did come back out and replace the gutters a week later. Fast forward to September 7th when the gutters were replaced they emailed me my invoice. No later than Monday morning I'm getting told I had to have payment for them by Wednesday because of them having to pay their suppliers. I told them I would have a check for them this Saturday and in the beginning that wasn't good enough for them. So long story short their communication was terrible, took 5.5 weeks to get our roof fixed and then being harassed for payment immediately. Other than those issues, the roof looks great.

  Disappointed in our experience with this company. We had damage to our roof from wind storms earlier in the year. Home Crafters was quick to come out the next morning and put a tarp down, which was much appreciated, but it went downhill from there. They drew up an estimate, we signed the contract and told them what shingles we wanted. We reached out to schedule and were told that they were booked out about 6 weeks, which was understandable, and they told us they'd reach out closer to that time to give us an estimated date that they were coming out. After the 6 weeks passed, we reached back out to them because we hadn't heard anything and were told it was going to be another 2-3 weeks because they were backlogged because of rain. After about 2 weeks, we reached back out for an update, and they acted like we weren't even on the schedule to begin with and they didn't know what shingles we had ordered. We were very frustrated at this point because we had been waiting weeks for the repairs in the midst of a very rainy spring/summer and were concerned about the tarp leaking and causing water damage to the roof boards and attic. After that, everytime we called, it went to voicemail. After calling and leaving several voicemails and not hearing back, we decided to reach out to another roofing company. The lack of organization and follow-through was incredibly frustrating. If Home Crafters didn't want to do the job, they should've just told us, instead of making us wait for 2 months, and then ghost us, causing us to start the process all over again with a new roofing company, which delayed our roof repairs by another 2 months. I normally do not leave negative reviews, but the lack of communication was completely unprofessional.

  Home Crafters repaired my roof quickly after inspecting the issue. They were fast, efficient, and completed the repair in just one day. They were very nice to work with, reasonable priced, and completely forthcoming about the pricing. No hidden fees whatsoever. I highly recommend using this company.

  We had a roof leak on the second story on a steep pitch roof that I didnt feel safe fixing myself. They came out within a couple days to patch it up. Great communication and reasonable price. We will definitely use them again when our roof needs replaced.

  Very reliable company. Scheduling and replacement of roof exactly as we discussed. Moderately priced. Gave us pictures to show all roof issues and repaired them as needed. Very neat and excellent clean up provided. Would not hesitate to recommend.

  Marianne and her team were absolutely excellent! Communication leading up to the installation was terrific. On installation day, the crew was on time, organized, and efficient. They also did an excellent job with cleanup. Overall, they are knowledgeable, professional, and honest in their dealings. The quality of the roof and skylight installation looks great.   I had a leak above a first floor bedroom due to improper installation. Homecrafter's crew did the repair today. The work looks good and the crew was very professional. Their communication while they were here was good, everything was completely cleaned up at the end, and I received a clear explanation of the work performed and of the state of my roof overall. The price was reasonable too. Good experience!

  Homecrafters did an amazing job replacing our roof on our townhome. They were great with their communication, very prompt, and reasonably priced. What we appreciated the most was how quickly they came out, assessed our roof damage, and provided us a quote. The process was easy and effortless. At the end of the job, they provided us detailed photos of the work performed (including clean up). We were very pleased with the results and would recommend this company to anyone having roofing issues or needs.
