  CRG Roofing and Siding is a horrible company. Worst communication by Brandie who works at the front desk. She has a terrible attitude and no background in roofing or siding. She got nasty and very disrespectful over the phone and email. Basically demands that I do her job. Ridiculous!! Workers have very limited knowledge of construction and repairs. Save yourself the headache and time and go with a different company. I would give zero stars if possible.

  I called yesterday to schedule an appointment and was told that someone would be here between 12-1 today and that I’d receive a call in the morning confirming the exact time. At around 11:45, I called since I had not received a call in the morning. The person who answered told me that they “don’t have everything they need” to come for an estimate at this time and that I can expect a call from this persons manager within the next hour. I have not received a call yet. I’m under the assumption that they just forgot about my appointment or purposely chose to ignore my appointment for whatever reason.

  We had an excellent experience with CRG Chesapeake Remodeling Group for our roof replacement. We were lucky that our neighbor did the legwork and found CRG and we were able to join their install date for a seamless replacement. Carlo, Dieter and Brandie remained accessible throughout the entire process, from the initial estimate through completion of the work and were all quick to answer questions and keep us updated. We are extremely pleased with the ease of every step from quite to clean up they made it all painless, absolutely no complaints, the finished roof looks great and we would highly recommend CRG Chesapeake Remodeling Group to anyone.

  We had been having issues getting a company to commit to fixing the roof for years. When our neighbor told us they were getting theirs done, we jumped on getting CRG's information. Since our roofs were attached, they were able to do them at the same time. Now we don’t have to worry about any leaking between the houses because there is no seam. There was confusion about a skylight, but it was resolved in less than 24 hours after we asked about it. Dieter came out to check it with staff and they checked from both inside and out before leaving. Hopefully, I won't need to buy a new roof any time soon, but I wouldn't hesitate to give CRG's information to friends or family that need to get theirs done.

  My husband and I decided earlier this summer to redo the siding and trim on our house so I reached out to CRG for an estimate. I heard back almost immediately and we were under contract within a few days. Once the materials came in we were scheduled for about 2 weeks later and they had the whole project done in just over 2 days. Our house looks great and we were getting compliments from neighbors before the whole thing was even done. Would highly recommend!

Communication was prompt, thoughtful, and professional, and every question we had was answered quickly and thoroughly.   Excellent service from the beginning of estimate through installation. Very happy with the service provided. Team was great and very communicative. Had one section of the roof that I had questions about and CRG sent a crew out immediately to address the issue. Would recommend!
