First, we’re glad to hear the roof installation itself met your expectations. That’s always our top priority. That said, we clearly missed the mark when it came to communication and follow-through, and that’s on us. Older homes can present unique challenges, especially when it comes to framing and decking, but we should have done a better job addressing the trim concern and making sure everything was left in proper condition before considering the job complete. The issue with your drop cord is also not acceptable. We take responsibility for that and would like to make it right immediately. We’d appreciate the opportunity to connect with you directly and resolve these remaining items. Please reach out to us at (214) 769-5845. For anyone reading this, we take pride in delivering not just a quality roof, but a complete and professional experience from start to finish. When we fall short, we own it and work to make it right. I got the number from 92.5 radio. I need a roof so I call them. I was not able to get a loan for the repair and I told him that. Most companies would just move on, not them. When I can come up with the money calling them. I give them 5 stars.

Randy and his team were amazing from the first call to completion of the new roof install. They handled everything and the craftsmanship is top level. Even better after getting the impact resistant level 4 roof, our insurance was premium was cut in half and ended up dropping our monthly mortgage payment by $500! GREAT SUCCESS

As a first time home owner I really didn’t. Know what to expect. So when Randy himself came out we were very impressed. He is a friendly guy that was level with us and told us exactly what was going on. When the day of the repair came, he …

Highly recommend Parish Roofing and Remodeling. Worked with Randy following very serious damage caused by a major hail storm. Communication was great and all work was completed ahead of schedule and at a very fair price. All new upgraded roof, 2 new garage doors, exterior paint, new gutters and new windows. Could not be happier because the house looks way better than it did when brand new. FIVE OUT OF FIVE STARS!!!

We heard about Parish Roofing on 97.1 the Eagle. I purposely contacted Randy on a Sunday to see how long it would take him to respond. I was pleasantly surprised when he reached out to me the same afternoon. Randy got the ball rolling with the insurance company. Initially the insurance company denied our claim for hail damage. Unbelievable!! Randy took it all in stride and kept in contact with the insurance company until the claim was finally approved. I can’t thank him enough for that! We had wanted a patio cover and arranged for that to be done prior to the new roof being installed. Dez did an outstanding job on the patio cover! We absolutely love it! We have a pool and the roofers covered the pool to prevent debris. Not a single nail or anything else fell into the pool! The roofers did a fantastic job and thorough cleanup. We have additional projects that we will definitely use Parish Roofing to perform the work. We are so happy that Parish Roofing did our roof!!
