The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Palmetto Estates Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

I flat out despise dealing with roofing companies. They usually overcharge, run late, and leave trash in the bushes. So when a leak forced my hand, I was ready for a fight. Palmetto Estates Roofing completely broke that stereotype. They showed up early to my Miami property, pointed out a tiny crack that just needed a simple patch, charged me a completely reasonable fee, and left. I'm shocked. Excellent business.

You ever have one of those projects you keep putting off because you're afraid of how much it's going to cost and how much of a headache it'll be? That was me and my roof. Palmetto Estates Roofing made me wish I'd called them years earlier. …

I manage my home maintenance strictly like a business asset, so I have zero tolerance for vague, handwritten contractor quotes or aggressive sales pressure for a premature roof replacement. The estimator from Palmetto Estates Roofing was refreshingly direct and data-driven. He used clear digital photos to walk me through the exact structural breakdown of our chimney flashing leak, showing me that the rest of our roof decking was still in excellent health. They executed a highly precise structural fix, stayed exactly to the penny on their initial estimate, and delivered absolute peace of mind without any sales gimmicks.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 4 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 4, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Palmetto Estates Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
