The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Palmetto Bay Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Every time the sky darkened over Palmetto Bay, my stress levels spiked because of an ugly, bubbling water spot on my drywall. This crew fixed the actual root cause of the issue. They stripped away the old, compromised underlayment, …

Last month, right after that brutal Friday evening storm that shook the whole neighborhood, I noticed a damp, dark spot forming right on the drywall seam near our hallway skylight. By midnight, it was a steady drip hitting the baseboard, so I had to scramble in the dark to move our hallway rug and set down an old plastic storage bin. I barely slept that night, totally stressed out that the water was going to spread into the master bedroom walls before I could get a professional out to look at it.

I would recommend Palmetto Bay Roofing to anyone looking for dependable roof work. They are honest, reliable, and attentive to the needs of their clients. Communication was clear from the start, and the estimate was straightforward with no hidden surprises. During the inspection, they explained that our roof had some wear but still had years of life left, so only targeted repairs were needed. The crew worked efficiently, supervised the project closely, and made sure the property was spotless before leaving. The workmanship gave us confidence in the results, and having a trustworthy company right here in Palmetto Bay makes all the difference. Choosing Palmetto Bay Roofing is a decision you’ll be glad you made.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 3 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 3, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Palmetto Bay Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
