  Terrible roofing company. Customer service is nonexistent and entirely based upon multiple broken promises. Wasted our time by never providing our roofing bid after 9 days of constant promises to do so, risking rain/water damage to my 85 year old father's singlewide trailer. Guess there wasn't enough money in it for them- but WHY STRING US ALONG?? Despicable.

  Overpromised and underdelivered. Made 9 different phone calls to follow-up on estimator's visit for metal roof , always was told someone would contact me that day - only to not have anyone reach back out. I get that Florida roofers are busy, but don't promise bids or call backs if that is not deliverable. To their credit- inspector/estimator answered every one of my calls over the 9 days since his visit- but nothing ever happened beyond that. Don't waste your time with these guys, unless you have nothing better to do.

  Steve O. and Mike V. had this job well in hand. All decking issues were identified and corrected. The metal was formed on-site and expertly installed. Another crew replaced my soffit and everything looks great!

  My experience with P & A Roofing was first class treatment! Keith M. was very personable and professional. He help me more than any roofing company that I have ever worked with! He was in constant contact with me and help step by step with my insurance claim. The crew came even a week earlier than planned, they told me it would be take 2 days and they worked 12 hours for each day. It was completed just like they said in the 2 days and it was the best roof job and cleanest job that I have had before. Miguel and his great on site team of people were also great to work with and did a fantastic job!

  Mr. Josh Johnson has consistently demonstrated exceptional patience and provided outstanding service. As first-time filers, we greatly appreciated his comprehensive guidance throughout the entire claims process, and he addressed all of our inquiries with professionalism and clarity.   Michael Murako and Giovanni took the time to work with me and explained things step by step. The workmanship was excellent. We had solar panels that needed to be removed and replaced. They were able to get the right company to do the work. I recommend P&A completely and thank them for their service.

  Giovanni and the whole P&A team did a phenomenal job on my new roof. When the insurance company failed to cover the full market price of my roof repair, Giovanni went to work to get me the best deal on the most high-pirority aspects of the repair (the exterior breach) without compromising material quality. Now my new roof looks excellent and I didn't have to go into debt to get it done. I'm extremely grateful to Giovanni and the P&A team for their all their effort and professionalism, and most critically their earnest advice. I worked in sales for well over a decade and I'm no stranger to aggressive sales tactics, so I was prepared for difficult negotiations and predatory upselling. I got none of that from Giovanni ‐- just straightforward, honest advice and a good price.
