I must be the oddball here or maybe because I am not getting a full roof replacement, but my experience has been completely different than what I read online here. I called and talked to Scott Otten (the owner) over the phone and explained to him that we were currently looking for a roof repair and the company we inquired before Otten wont be able to get us in for 8-10 weeks. We went over the quote verbatim that was provided for us by the other company and Mr Otten duplicated that very same quote and emailed it to me within few hours. He stated on the phone that if I signed the contract that very same night, he would have someone come in and do a temporary fix within the next day, if not the following day. The actual repairs would take place in two weeks time. (The temporary fix was to avoid any further damage until they can come do the actual repair. The areas were going to be covered with tarp, just simple fix...) Everything was almost perfect to this point. Come to find out, once the contract was signed then all the verbal terms started to change and it became he-said-she-said type of ordeal over emails. Long story short, once I pointed out the specifics of our phone conversation, Mr Otten just sent me an email stating that he is cancelling the contract and best of luck to us. Granted neither party lost money but in my eyes it is the ethics and principal and lost time.... We are back to square one after all the empty promises. POINT OF THIS STORY: IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY MAKE SURE EVERY SINGLE TERM YOU AGREE ON IS ON THE PAPER or you might find yourself in my shoes. Burak Tan

Called multiple times to get our flat roof repaired...never called back and didn't care that it was never done. They said that they were "Too busy" I would defently avoid using Otten's roofing

Otten Custom Roofing did a great job repairing our homes flat roof. The owner Scott was very helpful, honest, and only recommended work that needed to be done. I would definitely recommend their services in repair or replacement of a flat roof.

They responded quickly and finished the roof quickly as well. We had a raccoon issue in our attic and they worked with us to make sure the raccoons were gone before the repair.

Scott and his crew were great! Great communication during the entire process, great pricing. The crew had the whole roof stripped and shingled in one day and did a great job cleaning up before they left. Would 100% recommend Otten’s Custom Roofing to anyone!
