Have a crew next door doing neighbors roof. We asked them this morning to please be careful with their mess. We are in a very close community and I understand that you can't keep all messes cleaned up but my driveway is right near. So I left this morning and when I came back I had a bunch of nails and staples in my driveway. Hopefully not in my tires!!! Not at all happy with their caring about others property.

You Ma'am are unreal. Your trailers are so close together that there is no dump trailer access. We have to ground drop and tote to the trailer by hand. We have a gentleman on the ground cleaning up as fast as he can. And will have the site clean before they are done today. We are doing all we can to help people out, we literally gave you the benifit of the doubt from what your neighbors are saying, but you proved them correct!

I was given a quote of $15k plus about another $30k because we have 2 layers of shingles that need removed😡. There is also a lot of 'very' fine print that states it could be another$30k-$60k. Several other roofing companies quoted me $10k- $15k total, with no hidden fees. I would never trust this company.

I recently had my roof replaced by Otis Joiner Roofing, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Their pricing was reasonable, the quality of the work was outstanding, and the crew was professional throughout the project. The foreman was on-site every day and kept me informed about what was happening at each stage. After the roof was completed, he even called to make sure everything looked good — and it truly did. The finished roof is beautiful, and several neighbors have already commented on how great it looks.A few days later, I received a follow‑up call from their office just to check in and make sure I was satisfied. That level of care and professionalism is rare.I would highly recommend Otis Joiner Roofing to anyone looking for honest, high‑quality work and a company that truly stands behind what they do.

If your in need of a new roof or roof repair. I highly recommend Otis Joiner roofing. They have installed new roofs on two different properties for me. They're very professional and do excellent work. They are a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using them again on my next roof replacement.

Best Roofer in Manatee County. 2nd roof replaced on my second house since I moved here. Their workmanship and attention to detail is outstanding. Glad to know there are still service oriented professionals out there like Otis Joiner roofing company. I would not have anyone else do work on my roof but them.

Just had Otis replace roof #9 (Personal & Rentals) They did our first roof in 2010. Never get quotes from anyone else. Not one of the 9 roofs has had any problem since installed. If backed up, we are always willing to wait. Just wish we had …

I had a roof leak at my house in Bradenton that was originally installed by another company. I contacted Otis Joiner Roofing by email to fix it and received a very quick response with an offer to take a look — something you don’t often experience with other companies in this area. The repair was completed just one day later, and the price was absolutely fair. Great service and communication — I can fully recommend them!

Highly recommend this company! Aubri was responsive when I reached out for a quote after we had hurricane damage. They sent out Brian who assessed the damage and came back a couple days later to complete the job. He was quick and efficient! Very reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again. Thanks Aubri and Brian!

We couldn't be happier with the service and quality from Otis Joiner Roofing! They've installed two roofs for us – one for our business, a stunning copper-colored metal roof that we absolutely love, and another for our home. Their team is honest, reputable, and stands behind their work. Jubal Joiner has always been prompt and courteous when addressing any issues, like the rare leak. On top of that, they are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly support local groups. We highly recommend Otis Joiner Roofing for anyone in need of top-notch service!
