  Unfortunately, we share a similar experience to others have been completely ghosted in this process. After receiving multiple letters in the mail about recent hail damage, I reached out to have them out. They were supposed to come the following week, but when I heard nothing, I reached out. I was told he would come out the next week. He did, and appeared to call me (but I'm unable to answer the phone during the day as I am a teacher), but assumed there would be a voicemail left. Nothing. No text, no email follow up. This was weeks ago, and I have sent emails requesting follow up mutiple times. Just completely ghosted in this process. Poor way to do business.

  Disappointed with their service. Had them out to my home for an inspection on March 26th 2026 to check for damage after the recent storms. They were great and came out very quickly. I was informed by them to file an insurance claim for damage. I did so and was denied by my insurance Adjuster. I have reached out numerous times and to send their report to my insurance to dispute there was in fact damages. Nothing but crickets. I was assured they would send over the report and never did. No phone call back, no text messages to follow up with me. Instead, I went with a different company.

  They never answer the phone -- over 7 days and a human does not answer the phone. Tried every number. Additionally, they keep emailing me and I have repeatedly told them to stop, but at this point, not sure if anyone actually works there.

  They were okay to work with briefly, when they thought they could make money off my case. I informed Jace that my insurance company denied my claim for my roof and asked if he could send his documentation so we appeal the decision and perhaps get it approved - that’s when he ghosted me. I reached out three times and it was made clear to me that the second they thought they couldn’t make money off my roof claim, they stopped caring. Jace was a nice guy but I find it to be very unprofessional to ghost someone in that manner. As a result, I’m not impressed with this company at all. If they would like to reach out to me again to resolve this, that’s on them but I tried myself and they didn’t care.

  I actually cannot think of a way that Original Roofing could have possibly been better. Throughout the entire process they performed with excellence, care, respect, and attention to detail.   Jace did a great job of following up and putting things together. He would come to my house at my convenience. He walked me through the process of information for the insurance company. The roofers did a great job on the roof and also cleaning up everything around the house.

  I cannot recommend Original Roofing Company enough! From the very beginning, their communication was outstanding throughout the entire sales, permitting, and installation process. Their pricing was incredibly competitive (better than all the other quotes I received), and they certainly didn't skimp on high-end materials. The workmanship on the new roof also looks fantastic. What impressed me most though, was their accountability. After the crew wrapped up, I noticed a very minor issue with my gutter guards. I called my representative, David Keefer, and he answered right away. He had the crew back out to my house that same day to resolve it. On top of that, the cleanup was impeccable. You couldn't even tell anyone had been there working on a roof all day. They left our yard spotless! We truly enjoyed working with David throughout this process. He made sure we understood every step of the process and was genuinely invested in making sure we were thoroughly satisfied with the job. If you need a new roof, do yourself a favor and call David at Original Roofing Company!

  I had an outstanding experience with Original Roofing Company. From start to finish, their team was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. After my roof was damaged in a storm, they worked directly with my insurance adjuster, making the entire claims and replacement process much less stressful. Jace was exceptional throughout the project. He was always responsive, communicated clearly, and demonstrated a true sense of urgency to keep everything moving. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood each step of the process. The quality of the work was excellent, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
