Sid was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was a huge help with understanding where the leak was coming from and even addressed the issue on the spot with a short-term fix until it's properly repaired.

Isidro did a very thorough initial assessment of the roof and walked me through their whole process. He also gave me a ton of information about the materials they use. They knocked out the new roof quickly and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Certainly recommend them.

A wonderful experience from beginning to end. They were very thorough, showing pictures of my roof and the repairs they recommended. Quoted a very reasonable price as compared to other companies. Showed up on time, got the job done efficiently, and then showed pics of the completed work. A 10 star experience!

Planning a roof replacement can feel overwhelming, but understanding the process ahead of time can help you make informed decisions and protect your investment. For homeowners in Virginia Beach and the Hampton Roads area, coastal weather plays a major role in roof performance. Salt air, high humidity, strong winds, and seasonal storms can all affect how long a roof lasts and which materials are best suited for local conditions. Whether you're considering asphalt shingles, tile, slate, or another roofing option, choosing the right material can make a significant difference in durability and long-term value. A roof replacement timeline can vary based on the size and complexity of the project, weather conditions, and material selection. Many residential roofing projects can be completed within a few days, but proper planning, inspections, and preparation are essential for a successful outcome. If your roof is showing signs of age, has experienced storm damage, or requires frequent repairs, it may be time to explore replacement options. Understanding your choices now can help you avoid costly issues later and keep your home protected through every season. Contact Ocean Roofing to discuss your roof replacement needs and learn which solution is the right fit for your Virginia Beach home.Jun 15, 2026Learn more
