  We met with several contractors before choosing Nicolas, and honestly, from the very first meeting, we knew he was the one. He put us at ease right away. He took the time to listen to what we really wanted, our budget, our needs… it makes all the difference. Nicolas knows his stuff, it shows. His company has been around for 12 years, but he has even more experience than that. You can tell he knows what he's doing. On the job site, the foreman, Damien, was super friendly and a pleasure to work with. All the employees are hardworking, meticulous, and respectful. They do impeccable work and leave the site clean every day. We are really satisfied with the final result and the whole experience. The only thing I would have liked to understand better is the snow guards/snow fences to make the best choice for our roof. But Damien assured us that if, after our first winter, something wasn't to our liking, they could always fix it, even during the winter. Now that's service! We highly recommend them. Fast, well-done work, and they left no trace behind.

  We had our roof done a few years ago and are very happy with it. The work was done quickly and the price was good. We had a few minor issues afterward (initially and then again years later), which were all quickly addressed and resolved by NSL... even though it wasn't really their fault =). Excellent and fast after-sales service and the warranty was honored promptly. I highly recommend them!

  Excellent contractor, number 1: you can feel their trust and respect for the client. They provide clear and concise explanations of the product and the steps involved, without any unnecessary embellishment. All contractors should be like them.
