  I set up an appointment for 11:00AM this morning. At 12:30, I called because no one showed up to do the inspection. They had no record of my appointment even though I had proof of the email confirmation. Then suddenly they found the email. But they needed my email and address again. Guy shows up at 3PM and does the inspection for a new roof. I was quoted 38K, over 20K more than 2 other roofing quotes. There is no excuse for that much of an upcharge for materials. Unprofessional, lying, and overcharging. Disappointing experience after seeing so many positive reviews. Editing to add after owner response: My Garage did not need to be done, and I discussed that with him before the quote, even discussing if I wanted to color match what was already there, so if the garage was included in the price, he didn't listen and again shows a lack of attention to detail from you and your staff. You can make any excuses you'd like for the poor customer service I received, but your response just shows your team's lack of communication and organization, and disrespecting other roofers to try to discredit them is just in bad taste.

  Contracted them for our roof. Eric was our salesman, and he was great to work with! Didn’t play any games with us (or at least if he did I didn’t pick up on it lol) and gave us a very competitive price! Patrick was our job foreman, and again was great to work with! They genuinely care about the quality of the job, and customer service was at the forefront for them! Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome! Plus, the job was only one day!

  I relied on Northeast Roofing Professionals for a massive home renovation project. New roofs were installed on my house and separate garage. Both structures were completed sided in addition to an old chimney stack being brought down that was starting to decay over time. I couldn’t be happier with the results. And the pictures will show that. I have a new house! Look’s amazing!!! The project was completed in a few weeks (and that was over a Holiday weekend [July 4th]) And they didn’t subject their employees to work in over 100 temperatures days prior. Amazing timeframe. Pat (Foreman) saw to my every need and was meticulously with all small details accounted for prior to installation. They have a Very reliable crew. Clean-up was very sufficient. If you are in the market for a new roof or siding and gutters give NERP a call for an estimate. Honest, Reliable Contractors who are Extremely Experienced and Efficient at what they do.
