I reviewed this with our Office Manager Kaitlyn who often gets praise from our clients and she said that you were a telemarketer calling from Colorado. She stated she was not interested, extremely busy, and you were pressing the issue.   I have 3 houses that I’m having new roofs put on. 1 in Oakland and 2 in Santa Rosa. They insisted that their bidder was working on the 4th of July and gave us a 4 hours window that they would arrive. We waited but they never showed up. When I mentioned to the owner that no one showed up he became unglued and insisted that I had made a mistake. I don’t understand why he was upset at me. I didn’t imagine a 4th of July appointment.

  This company advertises seamless gutters. When they came to bid, they confirmed the gutters would be seamless and the contract said seamless. The reality is seams on two sides of the house, plus broken tiles on all four sides, and a leak they initiated and couldn't fix. They bid $2000 to fix the leak by re-roofing that section of the roof so I brought in another roofer who quickly found what they had damaged and fixed it.

  We recently hired North Bay Roofing to complete two full roof replacements on neighboring properties, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was handled professionally. The crew was punctual, organized, and kept both job sites clean throughout the project. They took care of the permitting process, communicated clearly, and made sure every detail was handled so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Damien was especially great to work with. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and brings a depth of experience that gave us confidence every step of the way. It's clear that he takes pride in doing quality work and making sure his customers are well taken care of. The finished roofs look fantastic, and the entire project was completed on time and exactly as promised. We highly recommend North Bay Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable, professional roofing contractor and look forward to working with Damien and his team again in the future.

  Northbay just finished reroofing my house and installing new gutters and I couldn’t be more pleased. From the service to the install crew everything was top notch. Highly recommend and would use them again and again!

  North Bay roofing did a great job repairing our metal roof. We also had them install new gutters. Both jobs were done very well! Communication was consistent, on site repair team were friendly and got the work done quickly. I will use them in the future for any roofing needs.

  If you want a top notch roofing and gutter company NorthBay Roofing and Gutters is who you call. Damien came out on a very rain day, appraised my gutter problem and promptly solved the issue. He is so knowledgeable, trustworthy and fair that I will only call them for my roofing and gutter issues. Stellar service!

  Called on New Years Day when we discovered water dripping from exhaust fan. Damien helped us understand the source working from photos we sent. Then he had a repair crew there to fix it within a couple hours.

  I wanted to wait for a few days of steady rain before I reviewed the roof maintenance. They were professional when they came out and they did not leave a mess. And so far we do not have any leaks and I am very happy with North Bay roofing and gutters. I'm sure I'll have them back out again, when needed.

  Damien and his team came out for emergency repair service on a rainy weekend. They quickly diagnosed and repaired a leaking skylight and provided text and photo updates. I am very happy with the quality of service and professionalism and will be using them for future roofing needs.

  Accurate diagnosis of the problem. Efficient repair to old shingles on the sides of several mansard roof popups on a flat roof design. Got the whoel job done in four hours. I was amazed.
