Not sure about their roofing jobs but sure enough the roofers don’t care about the neighborhood they work in. After they worked a job in the neighborhood the packing debris from the supplies they used is all over the place.

I requested for a roofing estimate from this company. I was given a date and time to meet for the estimate at our property. Everything was going well up until the day of the appointment. The individual I spoke to the evening prior did not show up to the appointment. I waited 30 minutes before calling him. He did not pick up so I left a voicemail to kindly reschedule if needed. I waited another 30 minutes and called again but it went straight to voicemail. After an hour of waiting I decided not to waste my time anymore. I was very hopeful to work this this company due to the high reviews, but was left disappointed with their unprofessionalism. It has been 5 days since and I have yet to hear back from the individual. I understand life happens and he must be busy during this time of the year but I would've appreciated a response.

We noticed some damage to our roof and contacted the North Guard Roofing for repair. They inspected the roof, provided estimate and completed work on the same day. They provided the before and after photos. Everything went smooth and quick with cleanup completed. And the price was right, too.

We had a fantastic experience with North Guard Roofing. They were very timely, showed up exactly when they said they would (this was an urgent job for us), and completed our repair work efficiently and very cost effectively. The quality of the work was excellent, and they took the time to explain everything clearly (and sent us photos of the completed work). Pricing was much better than the other roofers who provided estimates. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable and professional roofing services!

For the past couple of years, Scott has consistently delivered exceptional service at the most competitive prices we’ve found among roofing companies. He’s always quick to respond whenever we’ve had a leak, and never charges extra for those urgent visits. Most recently, he also provided a fantastic quote for replacing our roof. I highly recommend him for anyone seeking top-quality work and great value!

Roof was approaching 20 years old so I called for a quote. Scott came to take a look, provided a quote, and was honest that despite a few minor wear and tear items, the roof still had a few years of life left. I appreciated his honestly - opted for the maintenance but will call back in a few years for replacement.
