Service was good, felt like I overpaid for how long the repair took.

Good afternoon Rebecca You as the client have all the rights to feel the way you feel. We have charged you approx. 650 for shingle blow of. If you are looking at the time at the site only that is not time only spent on your project. We are COR company that means all of our equipment has to be formally inspected daily. Our day starts we meet 7 am at the shop Our workers meet up in board room where we explain them on projector how to sequence job and execute it with perfection They are are fully trained and insured, bp, soprema, iko, fall protection, first aid, have WCD insurance, etc Sometimes they have to stop at the supplier to buy materials, at the jobsite they have to fill formal hazard assessment Repair your roof Fill digital work order then head out to next job Right now I fell we have been punished for being profound at our work place. (stake was amazing but they served it fast) Once again I am sorry for disappointing you but hopefully once you read this you will change your opinion. Thank you for your time President of No Water Roofing Thomas

DON’T USE NO WATER ROOFING This company likes to take shortcuts whenever it can. The owner and management don’t know very much about proper roofing standards or best roofing practices. They will sell you the wrong roofing systems for your roof instead of giving you a proper product. They will cheap out anything and everything they can to save themselves a dollar. You will get an inferior roof that will have problems way before it should, but the owner will blame everyone else for the problems. They had some great roofers working there, but the owner and his ego pushed most of them out the door. Any other company is better than No Water Roofing. DON’T USE UNLESS YOU WANT PROBLEMS!!!!

I booked for a roof estimate this morning at 11 am. The guy name Jeff did not show up and when I phone their office I got no answer just to follow up if Jeff he is coming. Thomas called me back and had no idea What I was talking about so he contacted Jeff. Jeff phoned me back to tell me that he forgot to call me to let me know that he is not coming and he said he drove by my house at night and he already saw my roof. And hopefully by noon he can email me the estimate. First off all I didn’t like that he drove by my house without me knowing it. And it’s rude to book an appointment and just not show up. I rushed to come home from my appointment just to be home on time. Obviously this company doesn’t respect people’s time. They have poor communication with their client. They can’t be trusted because they can’t even commit to follow through with the appt they make with their client how much more when they are actually doing the job. So to save you time and disappointment don’t even use this company. It’s very unprofessional to just leave your client waiting for you to show up. They are unrealiable!

Good afternoon Donavel My deepest apologies for Jeff not following up with his appointment Jeff lives close to your house and that’s why he drove by We are using roofr software to measure roofs as it saves time and helps to keep cost low This report with estimate we give to our clients for free to show that our estimate has no hidden charges and we can provide best possible pricing for our clients Statement that we are unreliable is not true There are hundreds of examples were we did a good thing and helped our costumer’s and actually we are today friends with them and build long lasting relationships I have tried to call you 2 times but no response Same like Jeff and at the same time he is apologizing and hopefully you can understand that who works makes mistakes Last night I got home 10pm Whole company is trying to satisfy shortage of everything I did not see my kids almost whole summer and believe me We know how time is valuable Please let us change your opinion and prove different As you can see in reviews your review is the only one that stands out and every other is positive We are not using fake reviews like most of other companies and I can prove that to you Thanks Thomas
