The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

I Experienced a Major Loss Please Do Research Before Hiring I contracted Indianapolis Roofing / NKY Roofers for a roof replacement and paid more than $17,000 upfront. After payment, no work was ever started and communication eventually stopped. I did not receive a refund. After this happened, I reviewed publicly available information about the operators, Dylan West and Quanesha West, including civil court records and business filings. What I found showed a history of judgments and financial disputes involving the individuals and the business. I recommend that anyone considering this company take the time to review public records and verify the business before moving forward. My intention is not to attack anyone, but to share my personal experience so others can avoid going through the same situation.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on NKY Roofers LLC. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
