  Poor follow up, certainly not lifetime guarantee.

  No, we offer a 5 year warranty and the shingle companies offer a limited lifetime warranty.Both voided when 2 tornados came close to your house. We’ve performed 100% Perfect. We installed and have serviced your roof years ago, responded to 2 frivolous wind inspections which are free to you but cost us 3 hours to drive there and back so we told your husband No. We won’t drive out there for 50 MPH winds when you have a shingle clocked to withstand 120 MPH. The husband has been awesome so this must be his miserable wife. She was nasty from the start and I was performing a Free Inspections on there large steep and dangerous roof. Some people have no respect for life. Take down this review as your entire argument is a lie.

  I called the company on Sep 26th at 12:46 pm for a roof inspection due to past leaking issues which is a builder defect and also wanted to know what the estimated cost be for a roof replacement. No one picked up at first but then Dustin called me back at 12:52 pm and said he could come out tomorrow to go through the details. We then set up an appointment on the next day Sep 27th at 11 am. On the day of the appointment, he arrived at 11:19 am, I told him we moved from Ohio and currently don’t have house insurance so I would like to know what the estimated cost be if we decided to pay out of pocket. He then said he could do that and would charge me a consultation fee for the work, which I think is fair, but then I told him I’ll need to talk to my fiancé about it regarding if we want to do that and go further down the process, he said it’s fine we don’t need to do it now, but since I’m already here I’ll need to charge you $50 for the trip fee. I then replied you didn’t tell me there would be a trip fee on the phone yesterday. This is not about the amount of money, it’s about telling the customer upfront if there will be a trip cost just for you to come out so that the customer can decide if they want to proceed or not. He then got frustrated and still tried to push it by talking in a passive-aggressive tone saying you’re wasting my time and if you can’t afford the $50 I wish you all the best, then walked away. (Left at 11:36 am, total stay time is 17 minutes.) I highly suggest that instead of flaunting you’re able to make 500k a year to the customer, it’ll be better to explain to the customers any upfront fees through the phone or text first and better temper management. I scheduled another company on the same day in the afternoon, did not get charged for a trip fee or a consultation fee, but received a whole roof inspection report with a replacement quote.   My patio roof cover started leaking during the first rain after Numbus put the roof on. I asked the owner if they could come and finish the roof and make it stop leaking and he said they would only come out for another $250 payment. After going back and forth through text he just stopped responding to me and now I have to find another company to help me finish the roof flashing.

  Hey Bryan. I am terribly sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. My name is Chris and I am one of the other owners. I'd be happy to chat tomorrow and discuss what is happening. My understanding is there was some fascia or trim that was installed by you (at your request) after the patio roof was replaced over our step flashing and seems to be leaking at that area. When you spoke to Dustin asking that we install the correct cut in flashing he gave you a price of $250 to do that work at which point you declined. Please call the office and hit my extension so we can discuss it further if you would like.

  Team did a great job installing my replacement roof, thorough and professional. It came out perfect. Staining my fence as well. They did a good job with worksite cleanup too at the end. Very efficient.

  Dustin inspected my roof after a big hail storm. Provided a well documented report including pictures with the write up. All of this and they recommended NOT to replace my roof. In a world full of shady, storm-chasing roofing companies, Dustin and Nimbus is one you can trust!

  This is a top tier roofing company. I have had lots of experience with roof replacements in DFW. You want a stable company (most are not), the most experienced roofers, and for the process to be clean and fast. Nimbus has done 2 jobs for me that included gutters and fence stain. Everything was done in under a week. Seamless communication with insurance, no nails or trash in mine or nor the neighbor's yards. Just awesome work.
