We called Nick to repair leak in our roof. He was responsive and came as scheduled. However, he is not a professional and did a sloppy job trying to fix the leak. He used black tar on the TPO roof and did not fix the issue. Instead now we …

Well deserved 5 stars!! Excellent customer service. Nick was extremely responsive and understanding; he came out immediately to give me a quote and fit me into his schedule within a few days (before the next time it was forecasted to rain). He did a great job with a gutter system and new roof. He is very responsible and even came back to make sure the tree branches that fell into the backyard were cleaned up. I am very happy with the smooth communication, great work, and wonderful overall experience. Thank you!!

Had the opportunity to work with Nick Fugarino personally with my property in South Philadelphia. He made a recommendation to install a white rubber roof, and based on his knowledge and professionalism I agreed. Price was fair, work was …

Nick was very reliable and informative. He gave me more information than other roofers about what my options were. And when weather disrupted our first arranged repair, he got back to me immediate and rescheduled. He was also somewhat less expensive than others. I would use him again.

Does good work and stands by it! After being very satisfied with the work he did replacing our siding we asked Fugarino roofing to replace the roof on a small addition. We had been unsuccessfully chasing a leak with DIY repairs needed a pro. He did a great job and it looked great. So imagine our surprise and frustration when the leak returned 9 months later. In the end it wasn’t due to the roof or his siding but it took a while to find that. Through the whole process Nick was communicative and never hesitated to come try to fix the issue. There’s probably other good roofers in Philly, but this is one that values his reputation and stands by his work. We all hope there will never be an issue, but things happen, so it’s good to know that the Nick will try to help anyway he can.

Nick was able to conduct a same day inspection and provide a fast roof replacement. He texted me roof pictures to show a clear understanding of the services. Also, the work guarantee gave me great reassurance.

We contacted Nick about an ongoing water issue in our home we believe was starting at the roof. He was able to give us a consultation window for the next day and was communicative with his timing. He gave a clear explanation of what could be done and followed up with an itemized breakdown of costs. Three days after the initial call he and his team was able to come out and complete the work in one day. I also really liked that I could access the invoice on my phone and pay with Apple Pay which is already on my phone so that was quick and painless too. Would definitely reach out to Nick again which I imagine won’t be for another 10 years at least.

Absolutely Outstanding Work – Highly Recommend Nick! Nick is the kind of contractor you hope to find but rarely do. From the very beginning, his clear communication stood out—he walked me through every step of the job, answered questions without hesitation, and never left me guessing about what was happening next. He completely re-did my kitchen roof and also reinstalled the siding on the back half of my home—both projects were completed with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship. What really impressed me beyond the final product was Nick’s cleanliness and respect for my property. Every day, the work area was spotless, and he left everything even cleaner than he found it. His work ethic is top-tier—on time, reliable, and clearly takes pride in what he does. The finished work speaks for itself—solid, clean lines, and built to last. I’ve already told friends and family about him, and without a doubt, I’ll be calling Nick again to do my main roof in a year or two. If you’re looking for someone who does it right the first time, Nick’s your guy.
