  Great experience. Both ends of this contractors service are outstanding. The bidding process was honest and straight to the point; no upselling or overdone salesmanship. The repairs and installation of roof and gutters was well communicated, fast, and top quality. I am in construction and have seen many roof installs. The attention to detail is what separates them. Alex and crew are meticulous and thorough. Recommend!

  Alex is not just a great roofer, but a genuinely kind person! After discovering a dripping roof leak, I was quite concerned about potential damage to our 15 year old roof. Called on Monday, he arrived on Tuesday, and he was able to quickly determine and repair the spots causing trouble. He assured us that the roof was still in good shape despite showing it’s age in a few places. We will certainly be calling Alex at NextGen at the first sign of trouble in the future, and I am relieved to know that we have a trusted roofer in our call list for our home!

  I have previously worked as a roofer and have been on many job sites. The neighbor of a friend of mine was having their roof done by Gabe and his crew. I needed to go up the driveway with my mower and scanned for nails before attempting. I can not remember being on or working on a roofing job where I didn't notice atleast a small handful of nails on the ground before the work day was over and tools pack up and site cleaned and prepped for the next day. I was impressed enough that I wanted make sure it was noted atleast once. By all appearances they are a great crew that communicate very efficiently each other. Anyway, it's the things you might not ever think of, like attention stray nails on the ground, that can really show how much a business respects and cares about your property and your business. Great work guys!

  After the storm earlier this year, Alex came by and assessed the damage for us, he meet with us and claims adjuster. They replaced our roof and gutters and resided our home. All the crews and foreman that worked on our home did an excellent job. We love everything that was done. Thank you to Alex and all his employees for their professionalism and great work.

  Very happy with my experience with Next Gen replacing my roof. Professional, friendly, and Alix went above and beyond with my insurance company and a third party vendor when it turned out my siding was proprietary with another company.   Alex and the rest of the crew here are truly the best to work with. We had a full roof, siding, and gutter replacement after a hail storm. Alex was super helpful working with our insurance company and helped make that whole process so much easier. Gutter Installation on a Two-Story Home With a Deck. Gutter work on a two-story home with a rear deck requires more planning than a standard single-story installation because the upper section drains onto the lower roof or toward the deck below. If the upper gutter run is not pitched correctly, overflow ends up running down the siding and pooling at deck level, which accelerates deterioration on both surfaces. The fascia condition on the upper section also has to be solid before any hanger is set, since a hanger anchored into soft wood will not hold under the weight of water and debris. Gutter installation on a home where a rear addition meets a taller two-story section also means making sure the transition between the upper and lower rooflines is handled correctly. Water coming off the upper section has to be captured before it runs behind the lower eave or against the siding. Soffit and fascia condition on both sections gets evaluated as part of any gutter job because deteriorated fascia affects how the system performs regardless of how well the gutter is hung.
