  This is an edit to my review below. When I called I specified that the leak looked like it was coming from solar plumbing, but I wasn't sure. The woman I spoke with said that I was in luck because this company ALSO did solar panels, so a repair would be possible either way. I confirmed on the phone that a repair to solar plumbing would be possible. Kyle did spend a lot of time trying to sell us a new solar system, which is totally not why we called. We declined the free repair because it just didn't seem right, especially since it was very hot that day; I was not comfortable with anyone up on my steep-pitched roof for a prolonged time. I cannot comment on the work that they do, but my interaction with this company was very misleading and unpleasant. I used Nextdoor to get help with a small leak on my roof, mentioning that it might be from pool solar plumbing. The owner messaged me, offering her services since her company services both roofing and solar needs. Kyle came out and did a roof inspection, which we appreciated. He found some small issues with some shingles and the source of the current leak, a very easy to fix of a PVC pipe. He did offer to repair the leak, but things got weird when I asked for a written estimate. I was also interested in repairing the shingles, but it was obvious that their hope was that we either needed a new roof or we interested in a completely new solar system. I would understand that more if I had reached out first, but I had made it very clear that I was looking for a small repair, and Kristi contacted ME. The excuse I was eventually given was that they didn't want to void my warranty by doing the work. I made it clear that nothing on my roof was still under warranty. We will fix the leak ourselves and reach out to another roofing company for the other repairs. I don't agree with Kyle that we should just wait until things get worse and we have more leaks.

  This is a buyer beware! They had two tries to finish the job correctly and failed and never came back. We were Forced to find another contractor to clean up their mess. The owner knows his legal rights inside and out, And knows exactly when to ignore you and does. Take time to find a reputable company is my advice

  Thank you, Jim for being honest and there for me every step of the way during my roofing process. Very honest,professional and dedicated guy to his work. He's a great talker it can scare you he's so good at it but believe me he really backs it up.

  It was a pleasure working with Kyle as our representative. He was always hands on during our plight after the hurricanes last year and really helped us with our insurance process. He is polite, knowledgeable and always anwered my calls or text. Chris, office manager was also a big help with getting us permits, and on scheduling as well answering questions. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

  For more than a year, these folks have helped me navigate getting a new roof, Through the entire process-all the paperwork, documentation, insurance claim, negotiating with mortgage holder, inspections, remodeling...my stress was manageable because of them. They had my back the whole way, plus most of this was accomplished in the busy aftermath of the hurricanes. Kyle, Alex, Drew, Carrissa, Chris--my deepest gratitude for being not only top-quality professionals, but for being there every step of the way, guiding me and doing most of the work in a situation that would have otherwise been overwhelming.

  We used NextDoor Exterior Solutions for our new roof! Not only did they do a beautiful job on the Roof but they took care of our insurance claim throughout the entire project. We do have to do anything once we signed that first paper with them. The office staff Brittany & Chris were very helpful keeping us updated on each step as we went through the process! Thank you NextDoor! And they're Veteran owned!
