Company was set up through our management company. Called to schedule to come inspect the roof. Said they were coming on a Wednesday. That Wednesday came and they never arrived. A week later they called to apologize because they “completely forgot”. Came a few days later. Flash forward a few weeks, called to say they were coming on Monday to do the repairs. By 4pm they still hadn’t arrived. I called the company and the lady Helen swore they were still coming. Surprise surprise, guess who never showed? Their excise this time was the owner texted the wrong house number to the crew and they went to my neighbors. Asked all my neighbor and no one ever came to their house. So if you want to change your plans to wait around for the roofing company to show up, I suggest you don’t because they won’t show up.

I wish I could keep my original review but they did not pull the appropriate permits to remove the Chimney. Next Level said permits were not required but Orange County disagreed and said we must do it as the owner if the contractor …

We had our roof installed for more than a year ago. We tried numerous times to have someone come back within a year to correct the 2 issues - one is right front corner of our house and the other is the front roof vent over the garage attic space. Gregg has promised to come back and check, but never did. It's quite disappointing.

We have had Next Level Roofers put new roofs on two of my properties, and they are by far and away the best. We moved here 42 years ago and Next Level Roofers is by far and away the best in Central Florida. Knowledgeable, clean, professional and a very fair price scale, they're the only ones that will touch my roofs. And their post storm service, it is super fast and efficient. The Best By Far.

Repaired a section of about 1000 sq ft, replacing base boards, installing extra flashing, asphalt based underlayment which provides excellent bonding and water proofing. Good communication and fast completion in 2 days.

Can’t say enough about Next Level Roofers. Gregg, the owner, came out and evaluated the job and was very professional and informative. Helen and Laura are amazing. They are the sweetest and kindest people and answered any questions or concerns I had. Dale and Reed went out of their way to explain the work that would be done, got the permits and kept me informed during the whole process. This whole team treated me like family. The day of the roof replacement went great. The roofers were on time and worked non stop until the roof was done. Neighbors watching the process said their method of laying down a roof was the best they’ve seen. The roof looks beautiful. I would highly recommend this company.
