  Was not really wanting my job since the quote was high, according to other professionals. Then referred a handyman.

  Sloppy workmanship. The roofers swept debris, including nails into my swimming pool. The nails have caused rust spots on the surface of my pool. The company has not responded to my calls.

  I called mc hale to see if they can help me. The receptionist hung up on me. I called back requested why hung up again hung up the 3 x times I requested to speak with her boss guess what hung up. Very unprofessional behavior and should fired the receptionist immediately. Never will I give them any recommendations!!!

  Outstanding work; on time and quality was excellent - most importantly they were deliberate in finding the leak and confirmed the correction on site. Hats off to Nathan and team. I highly recommend- Michael Jordan, MD

  Nathan was great to work with. He called when he was on his way and arrived right on time. He worked quickly and efficiently. Nathan was pleasant and polite. I would recommend McHale Roofing and Nathan for our roofing needs.

  I was skeptical and cautious when trying to find a roofing company to make some repairs to my home & received a recommendation from a neighbor for McHale Roofing. There are a ton of scammers and people who want to take advantage of Villagers with up sales of unneeded work. From the first moment their estimator Nathan Cornell showed up, I had a really good feeling about McHale. Nathan was polite, friendly, & professional. Nathan quickly located the source of the leaks and provided photos detailing exactly what was wrong. He provided a reasonable quote for repairs and explained the repair process in detail. A few short days later, McHale’s repair crew showed up and made the needed repairs without me even having to be home. I received an invoice via email & paid it that day. Now is where the awesome part happened! While replacing one of the vents, their crew noticed it wasn’t connected properly in the attic. Since I wasn’t home, they were not able to get into the attic to repair the connection. AFTER I had already paid for the repairs, Nathan called me to tell me about the connection problem. He and his crew could have easily not mentioned this to me since I didn’t know about it and had already paid. Instead, Nathan and McHale Roofing showed integrity. Within an hour of Nathan’s call, a crew was at my home to repair the loose connection at no extra charge! I respect people who do professional work and are honest about it.   They are an excellent company to work with. We needed a New roof on our manufactured home and the price was so good. We are so pleased with the job they did. They came in and were able to do ours in one day and cleaned everything up after they were finished. Earl the estimator was so cordial and just spot on with what needed to be done and what we wanted in a roof. I highly recommend them!

  McHale Roofing added two off ridge vents to our house. Earl was in contact with me from day one right through the finish and follow up of the job. Dwayne and his crew accomplished the task in half a day. They were very polite, arrived on time and left our home as clean as it was when they arrived. To me, that’s first class service. Thank you, McHale Roofing, for a job well done.

  McHale Roofing is a wonderful company. Working with Earl Pratt was a very positive experience! My new roof starting leaking and the company that installed the new roof was unresponsive. I contacted McHale roofing and they were very compassionate and fixed the leak quickly. I highly recommend McHale roofing!

  From start to finish Gregg was there answering any texts I sent after giving me the estimate. On the day of when the crew came in they were very respectful of making sure where they parked things was ok. Jeffery who was in charge of the trailer made sure that where he placed it was a safe location (no sewer) to place it. On the starting day they had to stop early due to rain but when they came back were done in no time flat. Shorty and his guys were very respectful of making sure things were done and done right. I would definitely go through them again if I was at the beginning of finding a roofing company again.
