  They clearly took the time to falsify their rating here. Highest of high pressure sales. Guy starts out wanting to come inside, for a roof inspection. Says my name 45 times or more, wants to know what I do for work, and what my spouse does. Gets done, the price is so high he has to show me, can't even say it, then gives it the how about we don't do this part of the job, and the number still ends in 99 cents. Very convenient 1 job ends in 99.99, the big one, and the other is a round number. So realizing I might be the old cranky guy, showed the video to a friend that's been doing this kind of work for 45 yrs. Ya, they quoted 3600 more, or 4x what he'd charge a normal person for the job. I didn't tell him the quote until after he said his price. Now Milestone is guilty by association. Let me know if they come up with a rating lower than 1.

  I recently had a roof tune-up with Firehouse Roofing and was disappointed to find shingles left in my front yard after the job. It was frustrating to see such a lack of cleanup , but thankfully was not difficult to cleanup myself. This experience left a poor impression.

  I would not recommend Firehouse Roofing. They came out to review one leak and tried to upcharge me $7k+ to replace all these other parts. Then the person couldn’t find the exact reason for the leak, and come to find out, he thought the leak was coming from the back of the roof until I pointed out that the leak was coming from the front Pipe Jack. Tried to charge $1700 plus for a $500 max job. Found another reputable company to do the same job for $378 total.

  I am impressed with the professionalism and service done on our home by Fireside Roofing. We highly recommend them. We are going to hire them to replace a rain gutter that is leaking at the seam. I found them through Milestone Electric. So happy that I did!

  Jordan came to my home for a 1 year warrenty inspection of our roof and new fireplace cap. Very professional and responsive to my questions. I might add that he was very prompt ... no waiting all day for his appointment time.

  Jordan was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained what he what is going to do, then showed photos to document before-and-after for the new flue and flashing associated with installing a new A/C system.
