  Came out, looked at roof. Was supposed to come back to write up a report for an insurance claim. Never returned my call and never came back.Just left me hanging. If they couldn't do anything for me could have been considerate and called and told me.

  I had a great experience with New Roof. Kyle quickly fixed a leak in my roof and took the time to thoroughly explain the costs and options for a full roof replacement. Their pricing was very competitive and beat the other quotes I received. The quality of the work was excellent, and the service was personal and professional from start to finish. He even completed the job on one of the hottest days of the year without cutting corners. I truly appreciated the honesty, hard work, and attention to detail. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality roofing work.

  I signed the contract and they almost immediately started working on it. They had the best price of the quotes I received and were very accommodating looking at different issues with my gutters. New roof looks great.

  My 21-year old roof developed a serious leak around an attic vent. New Roof was quick in coming to help, doing so at a fair price. Kyle and crew had the repairs finished by dark on the day I called. They also were good communicators about what needed to be done and how. I recommend them very highly.

  New roof and vents and all new plywood on my 1500 sg. ft ranch. Done in 5 hours omg so fast. And it looks awesome. Great work. And cleaned up everything. Picked up all nails with magnets.

  We have been having leaks repaired on our roof for years at significant cost until we decided to go with new roof. The people are very professional and quick to respond. The repairs are long term and worth every penny! I would hire them anytime!

  We started working with Kyle and the New Roof team because of a roof leak, and the experience from day one was excellent. They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue clearly, and got the repair done fast and professionally. Based on that experience, we decided to move forward with a full roof replacement with them. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and easy to communicate through. Kyle was always responsive and made sure we felt comfortable with each step. During the project, they also helped us upgrade our attic with thicker blow-in insulation at a very reasonable price, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend New Roof to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality roofing work.

  Kyle came out and identified the problems and fixed them quickly. Wish I could give 10 stars. He was very easy to talk to and super helpful. I would definitely recommend using these guys!

  The storms brought a huge tree down our yard and onto our roof and porch. Kyle and crew came out same day and not only removed majority of the tree but thought to place temporary patching on roof to prevent further water infiltration until we could get the roofers out. They were very courteous and had a reasonable price. There’s still some more cleanup but should be done in the next few days. They made a very stressful day less painful!
