  Dear Danielle, Thank you for your feedback; it is greatly appreciated. I would like to take a moment to address the points raised and provide some clarification regarding the work conducted on your property. When we initially came out to inspect the home, we met with the seller, who provided us with an inspection report and requested that we address specific issues noted within the report. During this meeting, we informed the seller that we would need to inspect the attic space and roof to assess the damages thoroughly and provide an accurate estimate. After conducting a detailed inspection (documented with photos), we highlighted the following issues to the seller: 1. The dormer wall requires flashing. 2. The valley needs repair and sheathing replacement. 3. The metal roof is aged, allowing water intrusion, and requires replacement. 4. The metal fascia was improperly installed, causing water to bypass it and damage the home's interior. Based on these findings, we provided the seller with an estimate to address all four issues. After reviewing the estimate, the seller decided to move forward with repairs for items 1, 2, and 4 only, opting not to replace the metal roof. At that time, I advised the seller that without replacing the metal roof, we would be unable to properly address the overhang over the fascia or provide a warranty for the metal roof and fascia areas. The seller acknowledged this and stated, “I just need it to be sale-ready.” We proceeded to complete the agreed-upon repairs and reviewed the work with the seller. Once again, we reiterated that no warranty could be provided for the metal roof and fascia due to the necessary but declined roof replacement. The next day, the seller requested a warranty, and I explained that we could only provide a warranty for the areas where asphalt shingles were replaced. Unfortunately, we could not extend a warranty to the metal roof section as no repairs or replacements were conducted there. After the property was sold

  Guy came out to give an estimate (don’t remember his name, didn’t provide a business card). 1st thing he asked me was if there were any roofing companies closer to me. And complained about how far he had to drive. Looked at the damage for about 3 minutes and seemed disappointed it wasn’t worse and left. Whole visit lasted about 5 minutes.

  3 years later: This is still the only company that has worked on my house I would hire again. Recently my siding was done and my roof was damaged. I trust Alex and company enough to come back to assess and repair (of which the bill will be sent to the siding company). So grateful for them! My experience with Alex was great. Him and I talked on Yelp before he came to look at the roof in person. I asked him some questions about the work I was planning on doing for the house I just bought, and he was able to get me an initial quote really quickly. Attached to the quote was all of New Roof’s social media, insurance, and license information which was really nice. The price I paid vs the price I was quoted was about 15% different, but I chose to have 700$ of custom apron flashing added and was warned of the cost associated with some repairs that needed to be done underneath the actual shingles before hand. Alex was very quick to get back to me and very respectful to my home (taking off his shoes, making sure my dogs could use the bathroom while the roof was being repaired, etc). We were well warned about what the process of getting the roof replaced would be: the noise, the debris from the roof, the time it could take, etc. The best part of the process was that they were actually able to fix a major moisture issue in the roof I was unaware of, and my house smells a lot better now :). The crew that came to work on the house were great - I didn’t personally talk to anyone but it was clear they were working hard and they cleaned up the yard very well. I got pictures of my roof before, during, and after. I asked a bunch of questions along the way and Alex was very responsive and answered all of them. I got about half a dozen quotes for my roof before I made a decision - New Roof was on the lower side of the quotes I got, they did not charge me a steep fee which was great (2 other quotes I got included one and the fee wasn’t cheap), and I really appreciated how quick Alex was

  I had some roof and soffit damage that needed repair and Gennadiy did a a fabulous job. Great communication, reliability and great quality work. I would highly recommend.

  Second wind damage job completed this week. I'm especially grateful for the correct installation of the trim, after the shoddy builder work was uncovered.

  I highly recommend Gennadiy and his services. I had to get a roof fascia repair caused by high winds. Gennadiy responded promptly and offered a great price. The job was done literally the next day, quickly and in highly professional manner. Thank you!

  I had a minor roof damage from tv satellite falling down and causing holes with water damage. Gennadi came and changed all layers and provided picture for every step, he did a great job with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend for repairs!
