Neighborhood Roofing Parsippany

The only one or two-star review we hold for Neighborhood Roofing Parsippany.

Terrible experience with this contractor. Even after replacing my entire roof to address a leak, my roof continued to leak. If this wasn't bad enough, soon after reporting the leak to them, our contact person, Ray, became argumentative and claimed he was 100% sure that the issue was not with the roof, but something else. This was before anyone had even returned to inspect. It took them 1 week to get someone out here, during which time there was more rain, thus more leaking and more damage to my walls and ceiling. Ultimately, it was found to be a workmanship issue on their part on the roof. Their owner Anthony became silent during this time and would not answer my emails. Erasmo, their lead person that installed the roof, is probably the only one of the bunch with some honesty and decency. However this should have been done right the first time. Now we are saddled with more damage and cost, and they are not even responding or cooperating to make it right. Be careful with these guys. I got fooled by their reviews and should have done more research. They are not even GAF certified and not registered with the Better Business Bureau. Red flags.

Fast and reliable, gave us a very good price on a full roof and gutter replacement. Anthony is very professional and courteous. The entire process was super simple, called and 2 days later we had a new roof and gutters on the house. A very good local roofer right here in Parsippany, NJ

Every person we dealt with was courteous and answered all our questions. Took care of our home as they worked and my new windows looked better than I even expected. I’m so very happy with them. It’s like a face lift
