  I know these guys are busy, but they came to our house to quote a roof repair but never got back with us with the quote. We reached out at least once and were told the quote would come that day or the next. Then crickets... very frustrating.

As far as I can see your quote was sent to you on 5/27, I think it may be just filtered by your provider, or simpler, your email was misspelled.   Called and scheduled an appointment. He verbally provided the recommendation and said he will email me the estimate. After a week or so I called back and Nick stated he would provide an estimate. Another week had gone by and no estimate. I even sent an email to ensure he had the correct email address. A waste of my time. Time to call someone else.

  Started off on the wrong foot... Nick promptly scheduled to visit my house for an estimate. He planned to be there between 9 and 10. Unfortunately at 10 I called HIM to asked why he did not show, he begins to tell me that he is only 8 minutes away. I told him that if this is your first impression and you didn't attempt to keep me informed to simply just turn around. If could give ZERO stars I would. Being a former contractor, you cannot let this be the first impression of your organization. People's time is a upmost value, and my time was wasted on Nick.

  I had a very positive experience with Need Roof Guys. I was referred by a family member who had numerous great experiences with this company. My new roof was scheduled very shortly after I called. The work was done on schedule and at quoted price. All transactions were polite and professional. I’m very pleased with the work; it looks fantastic.

  Nick was great throughout our roof replacement experience. We called them to inspect a missing shingle. He noticed significant wind/hail damage and helped us gather the information needed to submit our claim. We had our full roof replaced and they were quick, professional, and thorough. Highly recommended!

  Finally found guys I can trust. Very competitive pricing, honest, excellent service, people on their word. Without me being on the side I was getting multiple pictures of every single step on the process. I already recommended “need roof guys” to all my friends and now I know that if I ever need a roofing service in the future now I am covered and worries free.

  Huge thanks to Nick Peredelskiy and his crew with Need Roof Guys. They installed our roof today in one day and cleaned up afterwards perfectly. I cant recommend them enough. Great to work with and very helpful from A to Z. Adding that it was super cold today and they arrived at 8am and stayed til finished at dusk. If any of my local Cincy folks needs a new roof, contact Nick IMMEDIATELY.

  Need Roof Guys were great to work with. I had a leak in my roof and they were able to come fix the problem within a few days. I was impressed with their communication, they were always easy to get ahold of. I would recommend Vadim and crew to anyone
