  We reached out to Native Roofing due to having a leak in our roof in a home that is only 3 years old. We decided to call them because they advertise regularly on a radio station we listen to and also have good reviews. Sadly, we had a gentleman come out and look at the roof on May 30,2025 & we never heard anything back from anyone. After waiting several weeks we decided to go ahead and get another company to come and take a look & we had the roof fixed within a week of the other companies’ initial visit. Not sure what happened with our information and why nobody ever got back to us, but a customer shouldn’t have to follow up when we were told someone would get with us to schedule the repair. We will use NuRoof for all future needs as they were prompt, informative, and reasonably priced.

After seeing this review, our salesperson did reach back out to you directly and connected with you over the phone. During that conversation, you were very understanding, and we truly appreciated your willingness to discuss the situation. Additionally, our owner attempted to contact you previously via both email and a handwritten letter in an effort to follow up and address the concern, but unfortunately we did not receive a response at that time. While we regret that this fell through the cracks initially, we do want to clarify for future readers that this review was posted approximately 5 months after the original appointment, and multiple follow-up attempts were made once we became aware there was still an unresolved concern. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best moving forward. Situations like this help us continue to improve our internal processes and communication so they don’t happen again.

  Absolutely outstanding experience with Justin from Native Roofing! From start to finish, he was professional, reliable, honest, and did exceptional work in identifying my issue. His knowledge and attention to detail were impressive, and was courteous and efficient. Justine made the process easy and stress-free.   I had a total roof replacement done in June of 2026. My roof has a variety of facets and slopes and they are kind of steep. Not an easy job at all. These guys showed up everyday and got this whole roof replaced quickly. It’s looks like new. They replaced trim pieces and painted to match. Could not have asked for a better result.

  Nic came out to check some rusted flashing to make sure it was intact and not a potential problem. He checked it all out, applied some caulking to make sure things were all okay. They didn’t charge a dime! They will definitely be my first pick next roof replacement.

  Native Roofing installed a solar fan on our roof to help with the summer heat. Their repair guy was outstanding. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable and it helped to lower our attic temperature immediately. I would recommend Native for any roofing need.

  We recently had a new roof and new LP Smart siding installed on our house. Our contact was Nick, very nice guy. Came out twice to discuss our project. No pressure, just how they could help. Daniel was project supervisor. He and his crew did a great job. Would highly recommend Native Roofing.

  Justin came from Native Roofing, went up in attic, inspected roof, it was the seal around vent, fixed it right on the spot and I was charged nothing. What amazing service Native gives. I now am a customer for life with any roofing problems I have. Billie Neely
