Roofing job took far longer than promised. Lack of updates and unprofessional behavior made this a bad experience overall.

I reached out to the company after shingles were blown off my roof from the recent storm (end of June, I believe). I scheduled an appointment on-line. I received a call rescheduling my appointment because they wouldn't have time to see me. I rescheduled for the following week, Thursday, and someone came out to access the damage and gave me a quote. He said since rain was forecasted over the weekend someone would come out to cover the area with a tarp the following day, Friday. At the end of business day on Friday, no one contacted me to let me know they wouldn't be out to my home despite telling me they would and the weekend rain had started. I reached out to the company and they said they wouldn't be available and they "didnt lie" rather had other commitments. Never did I call them a liar rather held them accountable for what they said they would do and didn't. Someone came out the following morning to replace the shingles. Very disappointed in the company and I will not reach out to them again. They said they would come out to tarp the area because if it did rain it would damage the roof and they didn't. Lack of accountability and dependability.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had with our service. We appreciate your feedback and understand the frustration caused by the lack of communication regarding the tarp installation. Your concerns regarding accountability are valid, and we take them seriously. Rest assured, we will review this situation to ensure better reliability in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Jeff's team did an amazing job on replacing my roof, siding, and installing gutters. I'm pleased with the work the painters did as well. I've received compliments from family, friends, and neighbors, and I would proudly recommend their services to others.

Over the top from start to finish. Had a horrible experience with a previous roofer and the roof was warrantied out. We did not want the promotional roofers back so we reached out to NBR. Best decision for our roof and our piece of mind. They listened, they cared and they followed thru. They deserve every recommendation and more.

I'm thrilled to have the security and guarantee of a new Malarkey roof installed by the Nations Best Roofing and Construction team (NBR). NBR's workmanship was professional with attention to detail. They made repairs on the fascia and trim where necessary and even some that were not part of job. They cleaned the site thoroughly. I appreciate the time Jeff Parker took ahead of time to go over the details and answer my questions.
