  The quality of work on my roof repair seems good, and the worker came back quickly to make an adjustment. However, the price charged was extremely high.

  Scheduled an estimate to be done after the wind tore shingles off the roof of my garage. The guy comes says he can do a quick fix for $750 on both my house and garage roof to keep things okay until they can get started on the real work. I accept and then never receive an invoice for $750 or a proper quote for the work so I could send it off to my insurance company. Every time I call to inquire they say they’ll get back to me and I hear nothing. Well the quick fix didn’t do much since my garage roof is leaking and it’s supposed to be raining all week. I thought since they’d been in business so long and had a good Google rating they would be more professional and do good work but I was clearly wrong. I do not recommend this company.

  We were left hanging with no communication from National Star and we needed to chase them about our siding material… When we finally asked about it after several weeks of waiting for them to come and finish , they said they couldn’t help us because of some supply issue…. Very disappointed.

  Did not show up for appointment twice. Second no show was date and time picked by contractor to make up for first no show. No response after second no show. Very disappointing and very unprofessional.

  This crew did an amazing job! They were incredibly efficient and thorough. I have a Very steep roof that presented challenges that they safely navigated and it barely held them up. Both of my neighbors (who had their shingles done in the last year) approached me to tell me my crew was hands down better than what they’d experienced. They’d even communicated clearly with my neighbors to ask for access to some space to help with moving some gear, and stuck to what they’d committed to. The cleanup was perfect, and the results are amazing. This old house hasn’t looked so good in years! Great pricing, there were no surprises on the final invoice. Clear communication. Fast and efficient with no wasted effort. Highly recommend :)

  Great friendly service with attention to detail (for example, we had the roof under our rooftop deck replaced and when they reinstalled the deck boards, they washed the deck afterwards)

  The folks at National Star Roofing were great to deal with and were very professional in their approach and completion of the work! They did a great job and completed the work as promised. We are very happy with the job and would highly recommend them to anyone.

  I have had a great experience with this company. We asked three companies for their opinion on if our roof needed replacing (14 years old) or if there was any way we could extend its life even a year or two. National Star was the only company that looked at the issue in the attic. The other two just quoted us for full replacement - one without even coming to the house at all and another came to the house but did not look at our specific issue. Eli said sure we could replace the roof now but if we could better ventilate the attic then we might get a bit more time. He said when the roof eventually does get replaced, the vents can be reused. Due to this and timely responses, I would recommend them. Note: we also got an estimate for them to replace. They were the middle of the three quotes, but offering a better product than the cheapest. We will definitely be going with these guys for the replace.

  Had a few companies swing by for a quote to replace the roof, as the quote from SIS Exteriors seemed high. National Star was able to offer us a better price for a better shingle. Despite a few rescheduling setbacks, the crew came through and installed the roof over a weekend. The roof looks great, and every person we engaged with in the process was polite and friendly. The warranty is great, too. Highly recommend this company.
