  Giant waste of time. They won't even follow up to schedule you. A family issue with one single man prevented this company from following up. It could have been handed over to anyone else while they had an issue, but instead I had to jump through hoops with their receptionist 4-5 times on the phone simply to identify myself. Yet, this person told me they would follow up via text in the future - and never did. I also have major things going on in my life, but that doesn't stop me from ensuring that my clients are taken care of by passing on the follow-up obligation to other people. There is no excuse for a company this large to be hamstrung by the personal issues of one man.

  Albert was awful! He was rude and unprofessional. He refused to put on a mask and instead asked if anyone in the home was sick. This is after I informed me that the dispatcher said masks were protocol. I also offered him a brand new mask. Furthermore, he called prior to coming and quoted an extremely high price, damage unseen - as though he didn't want to do the work to begin with. This business has great reviews, which is why I chose them. But, Albert is not the best that this company has to offer. As such, I will take my business and hard earned money elsewhere.

  So, I have left a previous review and have gotten so much feedback from the company urging me to change it so I will. I’ll be very specific on how I wasted my money and time and put my roof through more damage due to delay in fixing the issue. I hired Mr.Roofer to fix a couple leaks in my roof. Albert came by and met with my boyfriend who pointed out one specific leak but I had made Albert aware both before coming to inspect the roof as well as after that there were several areas of concern. On the phone he stated very clearly that the he inspected the entire roof and sees where the leak as well as where we needed a few additional things that were not pointed out. Now, for me I was under the impression that I was working with a professional roofer who when stating they inspected the entire roof that they would be able to identify all of the obvious issues and hopefully some that aren’t as obvious and in the end be able to deliver a fully intact roof. On the phone I confirmed if he saw the leaking areas, it was my mistake not to spell out every single problem and to trust him to have the necessary assessment skills to see where it’s leaking. After completing the project I was still experiencing leaking on my roof and when brought to the attention of the company I was told that they did the job completely what was written on the invoice and that I have baseless complaints when that is the only thing that they agreed to fix. Nevermind the conversation on the phone or what he was hired to do which was fix the leaks. He then elaborated further to say that there is no way he could predict further leaks and that it’s ridiculous for me to ask that. The issue is there have been three leaks since we moved and they were all certainly leaking when Albert came and completed this stellar assessment. Now I have graduated to getting a second opinion and this person was nice enough to show me all of the issues that I do have that were certainly obvious to him and while we did this i

  Proceed with extreme caution. We received a quote for a leak repair last year and were up sold on replacing our roof pipe boots. We were told they needed replacement - that they were showing signs of wear and tear. Not only did this company misdiagnose our original leak leaving us to have to hire another roofer to fix that, but now we find that one pipe boot was improperly cut on install and needs to be replaced (13 months later). They only offer a 1 year Labor Warranty on new materials. USE CAUTION. Read the fine print and get multiple quotes.

  We were about 15 days out from closing on our house and ran into a leak that could have impacted the entire deal. Jim came out came out quickly, diagnosed the issue and provided a fair price for our urgent fix.
