Not a fan of the AI bot that picks up the phone when you call. They sent an appointment time and never showed up.

  Reply from the business

Hi Jessica, I'm sorry for the frustration- that's not the experience we want anyone to have. I want to look into exactly what happened on our end and make sure it's fixed. Our AI assistant typically only picks up during high call volume, so I'd like to track down where things fell through. Please give me a call directly at 404-213-4767 and I'll personally take care of this for you. We truly apologize for the convenience. -Kyle

I highly recommend Mosaic Roofing Company for any of your Flat Roof Repair needs. We had two other roofing companies come out and couldn’t find the leak. Thanks Mosaic for repairing our flat roof.

  Reply from the business

Thank you, Kayla! Finding a flat roof leak that two other companies couldn't locate is exactly the kind of call we like getting. Flat and low-slope roofs hide water intrusion in ways shingle roofs don't, so we trace it properly instead of guessing. Really glad yours is sealed up before the next round of Atlanta storms. If it ever acts up again, call us at (404) 260-3168. - The Mosaic Roofing Company Team

If there were more stars than 5 Mosaic Roofing deserves them. I recently had someone clean the leaves off the roof of my home. This person told me that there appeared to be some damage around the chimney and the wood under the shingles appeared to be weak and maybe rotting due to leakage. Todd Baker from Mosaic came over to check it out. What could have been hundreds of dollars turned out to be a simple replacement of several shingles. Todd and Mosaic are honest and trustworthy. I strongly recommend them for your roofing matters.

  Reply from the business

Sherry, thank you! Todd could have made that chimney sound like a much bigger story, but "you need a few shingles" happened to be the true one. Honest diagnosis is cheaper for you and better for us in the long run. We're glad your roof got off easy, and we're here whenever it acts up again.

The team did a great job in repairing my skylights and roofing tiles around them. After receiving multiple bogus quotes it was nice to finally find a company with integrity. They were fair, fast and thorough. I really felt like I got excellent quality and fair pricing.

  Reply from the business

Sarah, thank you! We're sorry you had to kiss a few frogs to get there, but we're glad the skylights came out right. Fair pricing isn't a promotional strategy around here, it's just the number. Enjoy the view, and call us if anything ever drips on it.

I went with Mosaic because it was highly recommended by a few people after doing my research. Needless to say I was not let down! I experienced a level of professionalism and efficiency that made it an easyyyyy decision to know who to reach out to when I need things done properly the first time. Kudos to this Black Owned Roofing Company! Out of the 3 other companies I researched I'm glad I went with Mosaic!

  Reply from the business

Austin, thank you so much for this-and for trusting Mosaic with your roof after doing your research. I'm glad the process felt smooth and professional from start to finish, and I really appreciate you shouting out the Black-owned piece too, that means a lot. Congrats on the new roof, and thanks for the recommendation!

It was an absolute delight working with Mosaic Roofing Company! Every interaction with Kyle was pleasant and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. All my questions and concerns were answered and I felt at ease from the inspection through the repair completion. My roof had a couple of leaks due to recent storms and I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to find anyone to complete the work before the next wave of heavy rain came through. Kyle responded to my request promptly, and the turnaround time was much shorter than I anticipated. I would absolutely recommend Mosaic Roofing Company to anyone in need of quality work and great customer service.

Thank you so much, Urenna! I really appreciate you taking the time to share this. I'm glad we could get to your roof quickly and get those leaks fixed before the next storm rolled through- that's exactly the kind of turnaround we aim for. It was pleasure working with you, and we are always here if you need anything down the road!

I appreciated how thorough the inspection was. Instead of spending five minutes on the roof and handing over a quote, they took the time to explain what they were seeing. That transparency made me feel comfortable moving forward. The installation went smoothly, and the final result exceeded my expectations.

Storm Damage Repair on a Standing Seam Metal Roof – Lilburn, Ga Our crew was back on the roof this week tackling a leak repair on a standing seam metal panel system above Allure Nails & Spa. Metal roofs are built to last, but storm damage and failed seams can still let water in if they’re not caught early. We inspected the panels, addressed the source of the leak, and got everything sealed up tight — no shortcuts, no patch jobs that come back to bite the property owner later. If your commercial or retail space has a metal roof and you’ve noticed a leak, discoloration, or storm damage, don’t wait for it to get worse.
