  Do not use. He came out after a storm and checked on our roof and said he was going to fix it. They did a few shingles and said they would come back out. They took pieces from our soffits and now will not reply to messages or when they do reply, they say they’re gonna send someone out due to him being out of town But then it never happens. This has been ongoing for months.

  Sorry Jade I'm still out of town. Only been one month. I fixed the leak. The area that wasnt done wont leak,But you more then welcome to find someone else to fix it. I didn't take any soffit. I took fasica metal to have made. It was garbage and did tou a favor taking it. It's trash. If you have the piece made I'll I stall it.

  I can’t even begin to tell you how upsetting this experience has been for me with this company. I am in the construction business and always honor the pricing that I give customers. I could not imagine quoting a price and then deciding to charge a customer more because I did not do my due diligence. Morgan was hired by my contractor and agreed to our budget ahead of time. However, after completing my job, he nonchalantly informed me that he was going to need to charge me “a little more money”. When I asked him how much(because I am firsthand aware that things do come up), he informed me that it was over $2000. I told him that he needed to talk to the contractor because I did not agree to paying him more than what was budgeted and agreed to. His reason for charging me more was because he apparently never bothered to come to my house and estimated in person. I had done a small 5x8 addition on my house and added a small overhang on the front porch. I specifically confirmed with the contractor that he had come by physically to see the house, to ensure we wouldn’t have any problems. We were nearing the end of the remodel, and the money was limited. What is most infuriating is that Morgan had more than enough time to inform us BEFORE starting the project that he planned to charge more. He himself came the day that they dropped off the dumpster. It sat in my driveway for a week and then they worked on the house for another week. At no point did he mention that he had not estimated the square footage correctly and planned to charge more. If he had told us before starting the project, we would have found someone else. He has now put a mechanic lien on my house and expects me to pay the additional money that was never agreed to. Completely unethical.

  One of the true measures of a great contractor is how they respond to adversity and Morgan excels! Not only did he deliver what we agreed upon but when things didn’t go as planned he personally jumped in and made things right! These days it’s hard to find honesty, responsiveness and craftsmanship at a fair price thankfully we found it in Morgan.

  Morgan and his team replaced our roof. Morgan is very responsive, and his team is quick and cleanly. We're very happy with the work they did, and the time in which they took to finish it.   Came to look at a leak I had and told me it wasn’t the roof and how I could do it myself. Great to find an honest contractor! I am keeping his business card and will make sure to use them in the future.

  The crew showed up early, worked quickly, and had my new roof with GAF shingles done before noon the next day. They were professional, efficient, and left everything clean.   Morgan Conley Roofing did an amazing job with our roof replacement after wind damage on our house and two outbuildings in Glen St. Mary. Their friendly and easy to contact team supported us through all of the steps from beginning to end. The Gaf Shingles look amazing and the work was incredibly quick.   I met Morgan today and I will definitely be scheduling him to fix my roof. He was on time,very perfesional,answered every question I had,did a thorough inspection. And I feel the quote was very reasonable!!
