Just fix the down Spot for me at Doon South, and it broken again after one week, very bad work, didn't follow the correct process.

Li, we are very sorry that this happened. We pride ourselves in excellent service and treat all our jobs with the upmost professionalism love and care. We would be more than happy to come back and fix anything that may have been flawed, as we ensured you that you could call us if there was anything you needed. It hurts to see an attempt to damage the honest work of a company that many have rated 5 stars, but we will remain focused on serving with integrity.

What really stood out was his willingness to fix a few additional issues without any hesitation or extra charges, despite having already quoted a fixed price.
