  GREAT ON THE DELIVERY - HORRIBLE ON FOLLOW UP.......Initial installation of roof went very well. Had a steel roof installed and was very happy. After 1st winter with new roof, learned that snow guards were necessary so I had them installed. Last winter (January 2024) on first major snowfall, the snow guard was hanging off from the roof and apparently was not properly installed. Called and worker came out and did remove the section hanging off the roof which did damage the steel panel. Contacted my insurance company which would have paid for the roofing repair. I was told by the owner of the company they would repair the roof and I closed out my claim. I was told the repair would be made this past spring after the weather warmed up. I have called several times and even ran into the owner at a downtown event and was told my roof repair was scheduled to be done. It is now October and the repairs were never completed and my calls have went unanswered. As I stated the initial install went great, but if you need repairs or have follow up concerns, Good luck. I was intending on using this company to install steel roofing on my garage. I will be finding a new company to do the work.

  I tried to get an inspection and estimate f or a ceiling leak, I had an appointment setup but Dave never showed up, no phone calls for missing the appointment. I called and got the answering service which wasn't helpful at all. When I did receive a call the next day, no apology for missing the appointment, just asked if I wanted to setup another appointment. Terrible customer service!!

  I can't begin to explain how unprofessional and rude this company is. They have no regard for the property and things around. I have never had a worse business experience.

  Have the worst driver of all truck plate is db28226 decided to not to stop at stop sign nearly cutting us off the road. Thens driving on Byron center ave weaving all over the road.   They are a nice, family owned business, and offered a good price compared to others. We are happy with the roofing job so far, but they did not do a good job of being professional. They left plastic and nails all around our yard. I find more plastic wrappers every time I mow, and they crushed several of our plants without ever telling us or doing anything to fix it. They just left the dead limbs sitting in our yard. They also moved a pot from our porch to access the roof, and never moved it back, killing the grass there.

  Over the moon on the job that was done by Moore & Sons for our new roof. Jeremiah, the owner was spot on concerning the color of shingles for our home. Not only did we get a new roof, but the color that we chose adds great curb appeal. In addition, the crew worked so hard and did such an awesome job, I tipped the entire crew for the work that was done. Last but not least, I checked with a few different roofers to compare price, and there was no comparison. Moore & Sons are ROCK STARS when it comes to knowledge, workmanship and customer service. A+++!!! For anyone needing a new roof, you only need to make one call. Moore & Sons roofing!!!

  Highly recommend Moore and Sons!! Ed came out right away to check my roof. I was concerned about storm damage. He was super prompt and honest and told me my roof was in great shape. I will definitely use them when I do need a new roof based on this initial inspection.

  Moore & Sons installed a new roof for us over a decade ago and it has always looked great. It was installed professionally and every nail and piece of material was picked up after. We had met with a few roofing companies before we contracted with Ed Moore and his crew. Recently we had shingle damage and the company stood by everything promised to us. Very quickly, too.   I just had a total roof replacement of both my house and garage. I was very impressed with the crew, foreman, and owner, Ed. The job turned out to be much more involved than anticipated, as it was replacing a very old, improperly installed metal roof with shingles. I was completely satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism of all involved and will definitely be recommending Ed and company to others! Thanks, guys!
