Terrible experience trying to work with this company. I had damage to my home from from a storm, and they were the first company I called. They encouraged me to open a claim with my insurance, and then when the insurance company came back and only was willing to cover repairs of the damages (and not a full roof replacement and/or re-siding), the person I was working with ghosted me. I reached out several times to get their estimate so I could proceed with my claim, but I got no replies. I ended up calling back and speaking to another employee, and after that, I did receive a message from original person. He once again said he would get me the estimate, and then he ghosted me. I totally get that smaller repair jobs don't bring in the same money. However, this is NOT how a company should conduct business. I have had water coming into my house and damaged siding for several weeks now. If you do not intend to work with a customer, then you should say so from the beginning instead of trying to talk them into paying for larger jobs and not declining the work. This was a waste of my time, and I could never recommend this company to anyone.

Monroe Roofing exceeded our expectations with our siding project. The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. The crew was professional, worked efficiently, and kept the job site clean from start to finish. Their pricing was fair, and the finished product looks amazing.

I had multiple estimates to repair/replace siding on a East facing wall. Nick was my contact at Monroe. He showed up on time for my estimate, which I can't say about all the other companies I contacted. He was friendly and professional. He gave a fair estimate and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. Thank you, Nick and Monroe for job well done.
