They did a quick rush job, left a big mess with soda cans, nails, tools and pieces of sharp metal all over my property.

Hi Robert, We kindly ask that you please review your contract and make sure you have the accurate company. I have looked at all of our past and present contracts and unfortunately there is nothing coming up matching your name. Coincidently, we have received the same review today from a competitor across all of our platforms, under multiple names and our website was also hacked. We do have IT tracking where all of these occurrences are coming from so we can handle accordingly. Please call us at 844-230-9300 with the correct contract name so I can happily review and not assume this is part of the ongoing scamming issue. This is very out of the ordinary as our roofing process requires our installers to do a cleanup after installation and then followed by a final cleanup crew. * If this review was inadvertently placed in error, please remove before the investigation is complete.

I know these guys very, very, very well. Three years ago I needed a full roof on both my 1690s vintage old Colonial with many cut-ins and cut-outs---Adam was the best bid and had lots of experience. Even as the best of several bids, it was shockingly expensive ($90K), but it came out absolutely beautiful. Then my tree guy dropped a tree on it and Adam came out for the insurance-covered repairs. Then I built not one but two out-buildings---I wanted them to match, so Adam had his guys come out and do a stellar job. Most recently another tree fell on its own on my roof; Adam is quoting it now and should have it fixed "in a jiffy". So over three years, Adam has done four roofs and two repairs for me. No leaks. All beautiful work that will outlast my own existence. None of them were cheap, all are top quality, but he is highly competitive on price. Premium product, quality work. He is busy as heck, but there's a reason for that: he's the best. If you can get him, you'll thank me.

Adam and his team did a great job, fulfilling all our expectations with skill and attention to details. The roof looks great and has made the home stronger to withstand the powerful winds without groaning as it did with the shingle roof. The crew kept the site organized and cleaned up daily despite the very challenging winter weather. All the sofets, siding, gutters and downspouts were carefully reinstalled as necessary. We are very pleased to have this new standing seam roof.

The job went very smoothly and efficiently. The crew was conscientious and skilled. We'd wanted a metal roof for years but it wasn't until we found this company that we felt everything click. Reasonable price, less than two-week installation time and we couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome! They replaced four skylights and they're beautiful. The entire roof is gorgeous! We highly (very highly) recommend this company for anyone who is considering a metal roof. Truly happy we did it!

We needed a new roof as our asphalt shingled original was old and developed problems. Multiple options, materials, styles, and companies were considered. Modern Standing Seam Metal Roofing (MSSMR) owner Adam provided a review of our roof, presentation on his company’s expertise (particularly metal working), project timeline & expectations, and quote. Obviously one of the most important factors is cost in which they gave us a competitive estimate. All considering - we signed MSSMR's contract as their standing seam roof seemed like the best all-around option given how segmented our roof is. MSSMR deploys excellent crews (fabrication, installation, cleaning, etc.). We were impressed with everyone's professionalism, dedication, and willingness to make corrections while replacing the roof. Shout out to the installation team especially because they worked diligently ensuring form and function. Our questions, concerns, and requests were answered all along the way. The project took about 10 days which was in line with their estimate. We have only had our roof for a short time but I have every expectation that Adam will make things right if anything goes awry. The roof materials and application are high quality - we have received compliments from everyone who has seen it. We highly recommend MSSMR!

Adam and his team did a great job - everything was very professional, and the roof looks fantastic! I decided on standing seam because I'm getting solar panels and wanted to minimize the chance of leaks and other repairs once the panels are in place, and I picked Modern Standing Seam Metal Roofing because I wanted a specialist I could trust to do things right at a fair price. I was a little anxious how it would look as none of the other houses in my neighborhood have standing seam roofs, and I wasn't entirely sure what color to pick, but Adam recommended matte black and now it's done I'm extremely pleased with the result - it looks very classy!

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear you’re happy with your new standing seam roof — and that the matte black turned out just as striking as we hoped! It was a pleasure helping you choose the right style and finish, especially with your upcoming solar installation in mind. Our team takes great pride in combining precision, professionalism, and fair pricing, so it means a lot that you recognized those values in our work. In November 2023, Adam and his Team at Modern Standing Seam Metal Roof replaced our 30-year-old asphalt shingle roof with a new metal standing seam roof. We investigated replacing with asphalt shingles and also considered a metal roof. A factor in our decision was reinstalling solar panels on the roof and not needing to create unnecessary penetrations for panel anchors. When the solar panels were first installed ~ 40-45 anchors were installed and lagged through the roof surface. Adam explained how the panels would be attached to the new roof with anchors that clamped to the standing seams and no penetrations would need to be made. Also, his team included additional screws (more than standard) to further secure the roof panels that would hold the solar panels and replaced 3 skylights. Adam was very helpful during the entire process including checking in on the progress and communicating any issues identified. We are very happy with the final product and highly recommend Adam and his Team.
