  I made the worst mistake by letting this roofer's rep push me all the way from claim to reap me off with a huge $10k deductible for a roof I never needed.

  $1500 after 2 hours of work, not complaining about that. Yet over priced. Paid half upfront, weeks later got a text……. Not a phone call and did not pay immediately and a few days later my wife was threatened by collection. As a business owner for 20 years hate reviews like this but… you suck

  Steve, We understand your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Our estimate outlined the scope of work, and when you decided to move forward, we explained our 50% deposit requirement, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We worked closely with you and your real estate agent to ensure timely completion and provided all necessary documentation for the buyers. After completing the work, we sent multiple invoices via email, a payment link via text, and followed up with a call to confirm receipt. Unfortunately, two weeks after the property closed, we still hadn’t heard back. As a business that values transparency and customer satisfaction, we regret seeing this review. However, we feel it’s important to clarify the situation.

  The whole process from the inspection, quote, and installation went smoothly. The installation took 3 full days and everyone was very professional in their specific jobs We would recommend Modern Roofing and Restoration for your next roofing job.

  Just wanted to give a shout out to Caitlin at modern roofing! Had my roof inspected and done by Caitlin she was awesome with explaining and getting everything approved and taken care of by insurance with minimal effort on my part! I highly recommend using modern roofing and give Caitlin a chance to show you the same awesome service that I was giving! Couldn’t have asked for a better person to help with my roofing needs!   Shoutout to Saul, Ethan and his team for fixing and repairing my roof that sustain a minor damage from a fallen tree from a storm, they were prompt and always willing to help, on top of that they repaired it free of charge. It shows how truly they valued their customer, I highly recommend Modern roofing, again Thank you.

  Saul and his team are the hardest working people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They arrived around 6:30am and finished around 7:45 pm. Everything was cleaned up to perfection. You wouldn’t have know they were there, unless you look up and see my new roof! The workers were all so kind and polite.

  We are very satisfied with the job that Modern Roofing has done for us. Saul is the project manager for our roof repair and he is really great! He has guided us through the whole process, starting from when he came to inspect our roof up until the job is finished. He explained to us everything about the process from claiming from the insurance, result of the claim after it came back to make us understand what the insurance covered and even helped us talked to the insurance regarding some issues about the coverage approved by the insurance. They have worked with us to make sure we get quality roof within the amount approved by the insurance. They are prompt and on time with their schedules and gives us a heads up on when they are coming and what time they are coming. We will highly recommend this company to anybody that needs a new roof !!! Thanks, Saul and Modern Roofing !
